they responded very quickly to my request and we were able to set up an appointment to review my job by the end of the week. their review of my job gave me a better understanding of my jumping off point for my project. they also provided me with a few contractors who could assist in my plans as well.

As soon as I spoke with Robert we had an appointment for the following week. Robert drove 1 hour to my house for the appointment and arrived early. He spent a good amount of time reviewing the house and discussing ideas to repair and improve its structure. Within a week we had his full and detailed report. The report he provided was simple and concise providing the information we needed to move forward with the project. I am extremely happy with his work and he and his wife were wonderful and easy to talk to and relay our ideas and concerns. I am very happy with his work and will hire him again as the project moves forward to ensure the project is completed properly. I am very happy with Robert and recommend him to anyone who need a basic structural review of their home.

Robert was prompt for my inspection and thoroughly looked over my property. He put my mind at ease finding my property structurally sound. He gave me specific tips along with a list of qualified contractors for smaller projects that need to be done in the near future to protect/repair my foundation so it doesn t become a more expensive problem in the future. His rates are very fair and I feel he was very knowledgeable and didn t push me into big unnecessary projects. I would work with him again.

Rob was on time and courteous. He did a very thorough inspection on a garage floor with a crawlspace beneath and let us know he believed it would hold a car. Not only that, he went into detail about all the elements he saw that supported his decision. He also inspected a basement foundation wall and gave us his evaluation and several possible remedies. We have not received the written report yet, as we are only 24 hours since inspection. I expect it will be complete and professional, judging by what I saw. I thought the price was a little high until I saw lots of other price estimates for the same inspection. Rob's was the best deal. Very satisfied with the overall experience. I will submit another review after the written report is received.

Waste of money. Sad

This whole process was much easier than expected and the structural engineer we hired for a consult was excellent. I would highly recommend him, and HomeAdvisor, for making this experience so positive.

A little pricey, but very professional.
