They are prompt. They are very good. Really responsible. The People that come to your house are very nice and kind. They are respectful, they also use shoes cover to protect floor. the people across the street also hire them.

Fabulous! Although a bit pricey, the electrician gave me straight up pricing and same young man performed the service as expected but above and beyond. Showed up a little earlier (which was fine because we were already ready for him) and cleaned up as he went. The wiring is straight and neat and he explained what he was doing as he went.

The technicians were great! Very professional and friendly! The next day though my son and I smelled gas. I called them and they said to call national fuel first. They came right out, detected gas and turned the gas off. A technician from Roy’s came out and put putty on 5 different areas national fuel said were leaking. After two days we smelled gas again. I called Roy’s, they said to call national fuel. National fuel again found a gas leak at the pipe coming directly off the new furnace. He did check all the other gas appliances in the basement at that time just to make sure it was the furnace. It was just coming from the furnace. National fuel ended up coming a total of three times. Roy’s technicians seven times. One technician in particular didn’t smell gas so he wouldn’t fix anything. They sent him again and he was rude and told me the last time he was there, there was no gas leak. He also put new putty around the pipes. A few days later I smelled gas again. Again national fuel came. This time Roy’s manager called and said that his technician would meet national fuel there. National fuel again said there was a leak. It ended up being a cracked valve of some sort on the pipe where I had been saying all along that was the area I smelled it. I asked Roy’s for a $5000 credit towards a future service. James said he would only do $1500 and I had to sign something saying that I wouldn’t post my experience on social media. At first I verbally agreed, but after I thought about it for a few days I changed my mind. Yesterday I called the salesman to tell him what was going on. He told me to call James the manager back. I did and he asked what I wanted. I told him a $5000 credit towards a future service. He said no, that’s not going to happen. I said then unfortunately I am going to have to post my experience on social media. He then said I was on a recorded line and that I was blackmailing him and he hung up on me. When I called back to get my salesman’s phone number James said he wouldn’t give it to me and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me again. I then found the salesman’s phone number in my phone and sent him a text explaining everything that had happened. In the previous phone call with him he said he would call me back and never did.

Received a quote on Thursday and install was performed on the following Tuesday. Installers were prompt, polite and neat. Would definitely recommend this company. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to work with!

Two very professional and personable young men came earlier than expected, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the work areas perfectly. Excellent service was provided and I would recommend this company without reservation.

The switch plate is crooked and looks really cheap. New fixture is not flush with the ceiling and a hairline crack is now visible in replastered ceiling. The owner Mike didn’t come over and they called him about pricing.

Our main breaker kept flipping. We called the electric company for assistance and they determined we needed an electrician. One day half the power in the house wouldn't turn back on. In need of a quick response, we contacted Mike and within 45 minutes he dispatched help to us. Upon their evaluation it was determined that it really was an issue for the electric company to fix. Because the experts were able to give us the exact information to provide to the power company, our issue was fixed within a couple hours. Mike and his crew were very professional, fair and attentive to our needs. One always worries whether they can trust who they hire. I am convinced that Twin City is reputable and worth the phone call. I hope we never have a problem again, but if we do [or when we do remodeling], Mike will be called.

I looked to Angie's list to ask for an estimate for services after receiving one other estimate. Twin City beat their estimate by $800 less. The owner reached out to me quickly after receiving my request on Angie's list. He even came by on a Sunday for a free estimate and started the work the next day. The proposal was typed out and listed line by line everything exactly as it would be done. I was happy with the quick response as the situation was an emergency because my old service entrance cable coating was badly deteriorated. The workers where there on time and they completed the job the same day. They were good at answering question. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I received a notice from my electric provider that my meter needed repair. Unfortunately everything had to be brought up to code. The price was reasonable. Everything was explained in detail. Service was prompt. I’ve already recommended them to others

Mike was able to get me in for an estimate within a couple days of calling him. He was very genial, and explained things well. Aaron and Ryan showed up the next week as scheduled, right on time first thing in the morning - like Mike, they explained things very well, good guys. They built everything out pretty much in the first day without having to take down the power (due to the way they did things and the nature of the work). Next day, first thing in the morning they took down the power for about 3 hours while they cut everything over to the new box (using the old box as a junction box), and transferred the feed to the new mast. Inspection went well, everything works, and all looks neat and very professionally done.

I needed my sump pump replaced, wanted to add a water pressure back up system and had them install a new garbage disposal that I had purchased myself. I had installed our previous disposal myself but I figured they were already coming so I would have them install the new disposal. First of all, the work was excellent. My main problem was with the cost. When I questioned the high rates, $285 to install the disposal and $542 for a new sump pump and installation, I was told that they have pricing set by "job" not by actual time necessary. That was the least expensive model of sump pumps. Another model was $300 more. The backup sump pump would have to be done on another day so it was not even considered at the time, although the prices of the other jobs made me concerned that it was also over priced. Since you are charged a fee for having them show up at the door I decided to have them do the work but I had a feeling the jobs would not take more than an hour. They had two plumbers, one was experienced, and the other one seemed to be learning on the job. Either way, each one was done within an hour. In hindsight I should have trusted my instincts and paid the mandatory "visit" fee and hired another company. If you take the cost of the pump out of the equation I paid $285/hr and $392/hr respectively more than double the highest national average. I will never use this company again because they are taking advantage of people. I would highly recommend that you get some estimates before they show up... don't get charged a flat rate for simple jobs. Don't be afraid to say no and hire another company.
