"Hi [Member Name Removed], We are sorry that you are upset with the appointment being rescheduled. During the original recorded phone call when booking your free estimate for a humidifier we did disclose that the appointment is subject to be rescheduled based on weather and emergency calls. As you stated we gave you the respect of letting you know the day prior that the appointment would have to be changed due to high volume of emergency calls. While stating the appointment was made in December, you didn't mention that it was December 27th and your estimate was booked for 9 days later January 5th. Which was the following Friday. We let you know January 4th which was 8 days after the original phone call, not a month as you stated. The week of your appointment also happened to be one of the coldest weeks we experienced this year going into a weekend with negative temperatures. We were very busy with clients with no heat and no heats do become priority over estimates that's why we let everyone know that appointments may change. We would have done the same for you if you had no heat, and do our best to take care of everyone. We understand having an appointment reschedule can be upsetting but we don't believe it deserved a F rating which is a bit unfair. If you have any questions please give us a call."
"We were at this address on 12/19/2007 and found the heat exchanger cracked during video inspection. We followed up on 12/26/2007 to inspect the heat exchangers again and was confirmed a second time that they were indeed cracked during the second video recording. At that time we do file a unsafe shut down form that states that if another company finds it to be safe(not cracked) and it was human error on our part we will fix the furnace at no charge. We never again heard from you, and to wait 10 years to give us a negative review when we video recorded the cracks twice for you is a bit unfair. If you have any questions please give us a call."
