Description of Work: I always think contractors charge too much for what they do, but they did a great job here and the guys were really nice. They did a few extras and that was nice. I have no complaints here and would recommend them for their work.

Description of Work: We had a bedroom painted. It was completely ready to be painted, no prep at all necessary. A plasterer was hired prior to painting so the walls were totally prepared for paint. I was informed that the room would be primed and painted for the price. The individual who painted indicated that, in fact, the contract did not specifiy "priming first" or in my mind a need for two coats of paint. He reassured me that it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, it was. Also, maybe the paint they used was not of the highest quality. I had wanted to use Behr but they used another brand. The ceiling in particular looks terrible. You can see right through the new paint; it has a look of old patterns, lines....... The walls needed two coats as well. I fully intend to call Braendel to report this. I have put if off because the whole thing is so discouraging to me. I feel like I wasted my money. Also, my time.... I had the room completely emptied for this project and the furniture is back in there now. I also had the exterior of my house painted by this company two summers ago. There are some serious peeling areas that I need to address.

Description of Work: Used Braendel to remodel my basement. It came out beautiful and was completed within the timeframe quoted. Quality products used and experienced carpenters, electricians, carpet and hardwood installers. The job was done so well that I hired them to remodel my kitchen and bathroom as well as paint entire interior of house. This was a large job, but they completed it with total quality and everything they did was to top quality. I replaced patio door also and they worked to get me connected to purchase top of the line Andersen window that they installed and completed. Their tag line "one call does it all" is true and makes it much easier for the home owner to get renovations and updating to your home completed with ease... Would recommend them and have to family members who also used their services.
