He Said that problem come from outside street sewer .. he said that I have to call city to fix it water is full that comes my basement.. so I call they police and DPW . They came check it open the street sewer Then they said to me my sewer problem I have to fix it.i call him right away any I gave to phone to listen to him from the Person who works DPW.. I talk to him to come back to fix it .. you take my money $500.00 .. you didn’t fix my problem.. He never comes.. he calls me he wants more money to change me.
