The movers did an amazing job! We were very happy with how careful they were with our stuff. The disappointment came when speaking to the owner for payment at the end of the service. We sent measurements and pictures of everything we needed to be moved and had everything ready to be moved to avoid additional hidden fees or something. Wiley (the owner) wanted 750$ more than what we were quoted. We asked where he came up with this price and he came up with different reasons trying to get one of them to stick. We were surprised to experience this since this company had great reviews online. We ended up agreeing to pay $100 more than the price quoted. Make sure to read your contact carefully! This is what helped us not fall for his additional fees.

WM Movers ripped me off. They had my belongings in storage. I requested to have them moved. They gave me a time I could not accommodate and I told them right away. and chose the following week. An hour later they emailed me that they would be there the next day. I rushed to my delivery site the next day to try to accommodate them but the owner Will got on the phone and demanded cash or a certified check. I explained to him that I could get neither on such short notice and that he had taken my check twice before. He refused to unload my stuff and instructed the movers to leave. Wasting all our time. Then he demanded that I pay for two extra trips and pay cash or certified check by the following week or he would auction my furniture off. My attorney advised me to pay them and then sue later. So that is what I am doing. I would not use this unethical moving company. You have been warned.

"We appreciate the feedback and we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the final price. Just to clarify some things, we send you an email before hand that we require payment in cash or certified check when we deliver. We made this requirement since you didn't pay 3 months of storage. We refused to deliver your items because you refused to pay in cash or certified check even though we told you beforehand by email. You also gave us less than 1 week notice that you want your delivery, we require at least 3-2 week notice to schedule a delivery, but still we accommadated the date and time for you. I recently had a wonderful experience with WM Movers. They showed up right on time and were efficient yet careful at the same time. They understood I had some pieces of furniture that were delicate and used caution while moving. They were very friendly and made my move in day less stressful. Thank you WM Movers! I just used WM Movers and they were excellent. I moved from NY to CT and they made the process seamless. The guys were very friendly and professional, and they were very careful with my delicate belongings. Also the price was very affordable for the amount of stuff I had. I would definitely use them again for my next move!
