Upstate New York Tree Service

I was very happy that every twig and branch was cleared from my yard. The Maple tree was 20-25 feet of leaves and branches that lay broken on my lawn. I believe it was a fair price for the amount of work.

Lonnie the owner came over to evaluate the work needed the next day i called and started his crew on working within 2 days of my call...the workers were very friendly and their clean up was great! i would suggest anyone needing trees to be taken down or trimmed to use Upstate NY Tree Service.

Got me an estimate in a timely manner and handled a rather complex tree removal very well (large tree in a small area, with three houses and a major power line nearby). Cleaned up the site and hauled away the debris.

I had to chase them through the whole process, first to show up, then to re-grind the stumps even though they were supposed to be removed, and then to soil and seed. They left a mess on my roof and landscaping too. Of course, on the day they finished I got a message asking to pay the bill. Very timely with that one!

Prompt response , personable owner who was able to accommodate my work schedule. I was pleased to see equipment that looked to be cleaned/maintained and hard hats were worn by all members of the crew (6 guys). Members of the work crew were extremely professional and courteous (respected my request for no-smoking on my property). The work request was for 4 trees (two trimmed, two that unfortunately had to come down), so it was a two-day job. The debris was completely cleaned - at the end of each work day. I've already recommended this company to several friends and would hire them again --- a completely different experience than another time when I got bids from contractors listed in the newspaper! Thank you Home Advisor --- and happy to also report that I used your service because my mother who lives in another state recommended it, from several positive contacts.
