Awesome! Everything was done professionally by Mike & Paul & their workers. Paul Babcock came & gave us a great estimate on the work. Called me on his vacation to let me know they could knock off about $500 off the original quote. Mike Flynn called to schedule the day and time. about 3 days before the work was to be done, he called again to ask to have the job done a day earlier, due to a scheduling adjustment. The crew of 16, yes I said 16, came on time 7:45 that Thursday with Mike. They proceeded with super organization to rip the roof off, while covering the windows, doors & plants with plywood & tarps to protect them. They worked like a well oiled machine. When all that was left was the reshingling, 8 of the 16 guys went to work on another job. By 3PM the workers, including the gutter guys, had all the work done and cleaned up. All the guys were polite and respectful of me and my property. Mike returned just prior to the finish and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Unbelievable customer service and quality work was done!!!!! Hire them - you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!

We could not be happier with the end product. Our roof has been in disrepair for some time now and strong rain storm in June was the proverbial final straw. I called two contractors for estimates with The Roofing Guys being one of them. The first contractor showed for an estimate and spent more time on his cell phone instead of interacting with me. Ken from The Roofing Guys showed up with his tape measure and said he would get back to me to discuss what his company could do for us. When Ken showed again he had a folder with all the insurance documents in order, samples of all materials his company used and the warranties associated with the materials. All questions were answered and any time I called them they responded in kind very quickly. When the job started we ran into some extensive repair work on two dormers and the chimney. Mike (the owner) called and explained what could be done and made suggestions, he even made a video of hoe bad our chimney was so I could see it. The crew doing the work was on time, worked hard and very professional. Two or three guys were always cleaning up the property so that no piles of debris accumulated. All debris was carted away in a dump trailer at the completion of the work. I feel the pricing was fair, the workmanship professional and his suggestions were right on the mark.

They were very responsive, showed up on time, got the work done quickly, and gave me a competitive price. They also fixed some extra details with the siding on their own.

It went great. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and an overall pleasure. It came down to this company and one other. The other company was able to do the job a little sooner and for less money, although the Roofing Guys had a VERY reasonable estimate. I am confident that if we had hired them we would have been very satisfied!

Mike Flynn, owner, and Paul Babcock, the Estimate Guy, were the key reasons for our high level of satisfaction. Yes, it was costly, but we got what we wanted and they were clear and skillfully communicative through the entire process. Paul Babcock was instrumental in helping us decide to go with The Roofing Guys. Why? Because he spent a ton of time with us answering all of our questions in detail, very clearly, and without any flim flam nonsense that would have made us feel uncomfortable and inept. Though another company came highly recommended after reading the reviews on Angie's List regarding these fellows we were impressed by The Roofing Guys thoroughness and their effective time management as well as a serious commitment to getting it right. Paul's willingness to come back more than once to answer all of our questions was very impressive. He spent about 2 hours with us answering our questions, checking prices, etc. That was in addition to the times he had talked with my husband while I was at work. We were very impressed by the owner, Mike Flynn, and his attention to his team and his willingness to have his team undo parts he didn't think were as perfect as they could be. He was very attentive and very present during the job. He was excellent about answering my husband's questions and concerns and though it took a day longer because he wanted our trim to be just right (as well as everything else) he DID NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS, though we are certain there were costs beyond the quote that were incurred. Also, the clean-up was very good and they had at least one guy on the team basically constantly cleaning up and straightening up as they worked throughout the 3 days. We were very stressed about getting a new roof. This group did a great job and we are confident not only because of their great people skills but also because of their 10-year leak free warranty that covers material and labor. The other companies we got quotes from did not offer the 10-year materials and labor included warranty which is in addition to the warranties provided by the shingle manufacturing company (they used CertainTeed Landmark). We highly recommend this energetic group to anyone looking for roof work

It went great. They were able to do it right away which was wonderful because I am trying to sell by house and needed to get it on the market right away. It looks wonderful from the curb and enhanced my house significantly. Price was higher then another company with the same materials and everything but I paid extra for the quick turnaround. They did a great job!! Thanks again!!!

Both Paul Babcock and Mike Flynn, the owner, were very professional. They address any installation concerns I had in a timely manner and provided me with exactly what I wanted. Their crew completed the job from start to finish in one day as stated at the time of the estimate. I contracted with The Roofing Guys because of the fair price and the fact that they had completed my neighbors roof in one day about seven months earlier. We are completely happy with the work done. As a side note; It has rained almost everyday since the completion of our roof and we have not had any problems. Mike referred us to another company, Full Phase Gutter, for gutters on the back of the house. Eric's estimate for the gutters was very reasonable and we contracted with him as well.

I noticed this company doing roofing work on a house on my street. I stopped to grab a business card on my way to work to have some repairs done to my own roof. I called the company and spoke with Mike who was very pleasant over the phone. That same day he stopped at my house and assessed the repairs, called me back the same day and offered to fix my shingles for free that SAME day!! I can't tell you how nice it is that companies can help out a little on the side. I have been spreading the word of this generosity and will definitely go to this company to have my roof replaced in the few years remaining Mike told me I had left on it. I can't be more appreciative for this kindness :)

The Roofing Guys met and exceeded all of our expectations. They arrived at our house right on time with a large crew and all the equipment and supplies needed to complete the project. The crew was very organized and efficient - everyone knew their jobs and they communicated well amongst theirselves and also informed me of the work progress at every step. On the day of the project, there was a threat of thunderstorms and rain, but their supervisor kept track of the weather patterns and they adjusted their work tasks accordingly. Due to the nature of the project, safety was a big concern of mine, but they used the proper equipment and procedures to minimize any safety hazards. Everyone on the work crew was hard working and cordial, and they went about their business in a manner that demonstrated that they had completed many similar projects. Their supervisor was on site for the duration of the project to ensure that all work was done to our satisfaction and to provide any assistance needed by the work crew. At the end of the work, the crew did a very thorough job of removing all debris from the lawn and landscaping around the house. They also did an excellent job coordinating the work of the seamless gutter installation crew, so that there were no delays or interference. Bottom line - The Roofing Guys delivered everything they promised (rare to see these days) and, despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the work was completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. I highly recommend The Roofing Guys for your roofing and gutter installation projects !

The overall experience was exceedingly well. They were highly organized and professional. The customer came first in every respect. They were very careful to cover everything that could have been damaged. The job was completed in one day. Everyone had their own job to do. The dumpster they used has its own wheels so it didn't damage the driveway so there were no marks left. They insisted in a slow walk around to make sure I was happy with the job done.

Came for estimate the day after I called. Due to weather, work didn't start until two days after estimate date. Around seventeen people came (right on time!) and swarmed the area. Each worker has a specific job to perform and they did so. Have their own dumpster. Sheathed house with tarps and moved anything in the way that might be damaged. Replaced all when done. Most work done in ONE day, though they came back the next day for an hour and a half to touch up and finish trim. I can't begin to explain what a great job they did! Architectural shingles and weather guard on entire roof and then spread out over my lawn to pick up EVERY tiny bit of what ever and then some. It resembled a search party!! Would absolutely use again and/or recommend to any one looking for a quality job at what I thought was a very reasonable price for the amount of work done. I just LOVE these guys!!!

We previously had a wood stove in our living room, but it had to be removed. Because we already had a hole in our ceiling and then again in our roof where the chimney pipe had exited our house, we decided a skylight might be a good way to deal with the holes. The Roofing Guys were already scheduled to replace our roof when I noticed they also sell and install skylights. 3 days before they were going to do our roof I asked them about the sky tunnels, and if they thought one might work in our living room. Mike Flynn the owner gave me a price right then on the phone, and said they'd be able to do it when they were there doing the roof if we wanted it done. They made this addition to the roof job happen quickly and it was perfect timing! The install was very quick and they did a great job. I believe we were given a break on the price of the labor because the holes were already cut, and only had to be trimmed a bit. This was extremely fair and helped make the job affordable for us. We love the extra light it gives in our living room, and it really was a awesome solution to a problem we weren't sure how else we would fix. Our ceiling is made of exposed wood beams and not easy to repair like drywall would be. I am so glad we had this done along with our new roof.

When I first called for an estimate they were very responsive and I had an appointment set up within minutes for a Sunday to get an estimate. I was impressed they were available on the weekend because we got our estimate in hand asap, and it was helpful to get it done when we were not busy with work. Because their price was extremely competitive and the reviews here on Angie's List are so excellent, we decided to go with them for our new roof right away. We were not disappointed!! They had us scheduled within a week and arrived right when they said they would the first morning and got right to work. It was impressive how much they had done so quickly. They set up tarps all around the house to catch the old shingles and to protect our home and landscaping. Mike Flynn the owner arrived with the rest of the team, and gave me a quick overview of their plan for the day and what to expect. He was here the entire time overseeing everything which was reassuring. The entire job took two full days. It is a really big and complicated roof! They had a really large team of guys with everyone having a job. They worked together so well! There were guys constantly walking the perimeter cleaning up, hauling the debris to their dumpster, and bringing supplies to the guys on the roof. There was ZERO standing around, goofing off, or wasting time. We had a little rain over night between the two days of the job and they made sure everything was sealed up and water tight while they were gone. The 2nd day the new roof really started to take shape and look awesome. They were again very efficient, no messing around. It's really impressive that they were able to get that much work done in just two days. When it was all finished they had us come out to take a look and it was like we had a new house! It was suggested that we use green shingles, and we went with that, and I am so glad we did. Our house looks amazing. They cleaned up everything around the house meticulously. They used a large magnet to pick up any possible nails left behind on the ground. I even heard one guy being instructed to go around our kids swing set an extra time to just to be safe and make sure no stray nails. Every thing was left just how they found it. It was like they were never here except for the gorgeous new roof on our house!! Mike Flynn and The Roofing Guys truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and giving customers the best value for their money. I recommend them without hesitation!

Called The Roofing Guys to give me a quote for roofing and siding work. The quote for the roof was competitive but the siding quote was not. I went with another company that specialized in both.

While I ultimately chose another company to replace my roof, I do feel compelled to write a review regarding my experience with "The Roofing Guys." I dealt directly with the owner who provided a thorough, detailed estimate promptly and courteously. He obviously takes pride in his work but at no point was pushy or "salesy." He provided me a list of references I could take a look at which made me feel very comfortable. I had absolutely no reservations utilizing their services for my roof replacement, but again, for a couple reasons I chose another company. The Roofing Guys seem to be a class act, professional organization and I wish them nothing but success.

The way I found the roofing guys is on Angies List. I saw the amazing reviews that the roofing guys had and decided to call them. Mike Flynn (the owner) answered the phone and gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate. If you want a GOOD ROOFING COMPANY; You better use the roofing guys. These guys are top notch. Mike, as the owner, is always there to answer the phone and is always at the job site. He answered all of my questions and his crew is second to none. They don't play games. They showed up at 7:30 am as promised with a crew of over 7 (didn't count exactly because there were so many of them). These guys were on cruise control; they ripped all the layers off in a day; put up the plywood; and wrap, etc.... I would definitely use the roofing guys again. Mike Flynn is very knowledgeable, professional and an all around good person. I had no anxiety or worries at all dealing with the roofing guys. they did as they said they would do. The finished product is amazing. As an investor with many properties; I deal with a lot of contractors. I give Mike Flynn and the roofing guys an A+++++++++

Completed in one day as promised. Showed respect for our property and gardens, etc. Extensive clean-up was included, including using a magnet to find and pick up stray nails! In general, EVERY roof looks good during the first year! My "old" roof was a 30-year roof that lasted 15 years. So, ask me in 20 years, and we'll see!
