Not well,I initially called them on Feb 7thg about service I was told by the on call crew person that what I was describing would be charged around 500-600 dollars but if I had services completed on a weekend which this was a Saturday that I would be charged double. Since I was paying out of pocket I said I would wait until Monday but would I diffidently be able to have someone out to do the clean up and I was told yes. So I called Monday February 9th and was told they would come out to start services. I asked were they sure they could come because I would have to take the day off work. I was told yes a crew would be there as soon as one became available. This was around 8:15 am I didn't hear from anyone until after 3pm and then someone showed up after 4 to look at the work that needed to be done, not to clean. I also found it ironic that I was asked what my insurance deductible was and when I told him that's what I was charged for service. Even though I had a friend who used their service for the same problem with more damage and double the space I needed cleaned we paid around the same amount. Like their whole basement flooded with more than a foot of water and raw sewage plus there were tons of items stored down there. Where is I only had several inches of water in 1/2 my basement and large appliances ex) washer and dyer. Then when they finally showed up to clean they did a horrible job like this was raw sewage in the basement and the next day you could still see what looked like mud which wasn't mud still on the floor none of my appliances were cleaned. I was told the basement stairs were cleaned but there were leaves and dust still there from before. So I had to call them again to come back and clean. Which I will give them credit I wasn't given a hard time about them coming back and the second crew did a much better job. Which I told that crew. I believe I was over charged and I didn't get the clean up that I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone after my experience. Even though I was given the recommendation from a fellow Angie List user. Maybe it just depends on the crew you receive that determines whether you will have a good experience or not.

They responded quickly. They were professional, polite and very willing to accommodate my schedule.

Bill called me within minutes and arrived at the house in less than an hour. He was polite, professional, and honest enough to say the massive water damage we had (involving four floors and multiple rooms) was beyond the scope of his business. He not only referred us to a larger SERVPRO franchise, he called them and explained what was involved so they could bring adequate staff and equipment. Thanks Bill.

ServPro did a very good job, they called me everytime something was either going to be done or had to be done.

The came in, cleaned, and left. Nothing to tell. Very good at what they do.
