Description of Work: INSTALLED THREE CEILING EXHAUST FANS AND REPAIRED WATER DAMAGE TO SHEETROCK ON WALL AND CEILING. REPAIRS WERE ALSO PERFORMED ON OUTSIDE VINYL SIDING DAMAGED BY WIND.

 + -1 moreTheir estimate was $75 for an hour. He missed the first appointment and my daughter had taken off to be here. She then rescheduled the meeting for Saturday morning when he came but he had his wife and child in the truck. He came in and he was okay. He went through everything and he sent back the estimate. Meanwhile I contacted another provider and he estimated for $40 an hour and he put me under August to do the work. I would have gone with him since he is actually from the neighborhood. Then my brother said he would do the work for me. MCLeod's estimate was for $1300. But he told me the right amount of materials and I bought it from the market he told me.
Description of Work: I received an estimate MCLeod Remodeling to do the tile and repair the steps.
