Tony is honest as to time it will take, cost estimates, and whether something going wrong has to get fixed now or can wait a while. We have four cars in the family and we all go here for repairs and inspections.

I brought the car in for a brake issue and oil change. Mr. Massello checked the vehicle to see which brakes needed to be replaced and found the other issues. He called with an estimate before he did any work on the vehicle and we discussed the options for repair. There were a couple of repairs that could wait and he gave me an estimate on how long I could wait for servicing the vehicle. I decided, since the vehicle was already there to do all the repairs that he recommended. He did keep the vehicle overnight to do the repairs, but that is unusual for his shop. I have been bringing my vehicles to Massello's for service for over 10 years. When I picked up the vehicle, he showed me the parts that came off the vehicle and explained why they needed to be replaced. He also always makes recommendations for vehicle maintainence for future visits. The repairs were expensive, but he came in under his original estimate.

I called to make an appointment to drop off the vehicle and he told me to drop it off the next day. They looked at the car and Tony called me with the work that needed to be done and with an estimate for the service and replacement parts. He had the car ready when I arrived after work.
