After considering estimates from different contractors J&J was the least expensive. The crew were friendly and did a awesome job. Most definitely happy with their services and would definitely recommend them anytime.

Very pleased with the crew's work ethic. The job was done in a professional and timely manor even working through the rain and drizzle. It was amazing to watch "J" climb up the trees removing limbs as he went up and pieces of the trunk on the way down. After the removal they cleaned up and removed the stumps, all in a work day. Am impressed and won't hesitate to call them for other jobs.

Both the office and work crew were responsive and attentive. The new fence has completely transformed the appearance of my yard. Stump was also removed. J&J do quality work safely & Great cleanup afterwards. A pleasure meeting & watching the whole crew complete the job. A shot out to Juan the tree climber plus stump removal ( quality job ) will use them again in future.

J&J went above and beyond to help us secure the necessary city permit, which was extremely difficult. They communicate well and are very clear on all details. They made amendments to the contract to avoid my company having to pay extra money. The finished project is very sturdy and beautiful. I would highly recommend them to everyone in the Greater Syracuse area.

Really pleased with the work that J J Jay Solutions did removing our tree over 100 feet tall. It was in a very precarious position close to the house and they not only did an excellent job but cleaned everything up beautifully. We had highly recommended their services!

J&J were so great! Their rates are reasonable, and they went above and beyond with my tree trimming and removal project. Not only did they do a great job with the project itself, they also did leaf blowing around their work AND around my whole yard, cleaning up grass trimmings that *I* had been too lazy to clean! They also took my bagged yard waste with them so I didn't have to wait for the recycling people to come on a rainy day. I appreciate them so much!

J & J Solutions had the tree down fast and everything was cleaned up within 2 hours. Juan and Janet kept great communication with me and were always there when I had a question and answered me truthfully. The tree was leaning terribly and they did a great job. I needed an aging fence replaced at my home, did some research on fence installers then called J&J Solutions General Contracting for an estimate. I hired them after they came out and gave me a reasonable price for a difficult job. I have several full-size trees along my property. They installed the new fence using premium materials including 3/4 inch pickets and 2x4 inch supports which I requested. They carefully removed the old fence with care to avoid damaging my trees and their roots and replaced it with a beautiful fence that will last for decades. Janet, Juan and their crew completed the job on time and above my expectations. I highly recommend and will hire them for future work on my home. Just a note, I am a former supervisor for a building maintenance company and know what it is to do quality work.

They removed 5 trees in one morning. They were efficient and removed all of the branches and trunks from the property that same morning, leaving the area clean. The price was reasonable for the work done.
