When I first called my hot water tank would not stay lit due to water in the basement from sump pump issue I fixed.

Mike came over that day within 2 hours to help me. He was very good at assessing my situation and we agreed that my 16 year tank needed to go it was full of rust. Mike gave me the cost so I knew what I needed.

Scheduled time for replacement and Mike and Rich showed up together ready and on time. I was so happy when they were done

and knew I would be using them again. They even placed my tank on blocks like I asked and explained the new tank to me.

We have used them before and were always pleased with their work. The only complaint is that they seemed expensive. Maybe that is normal.

Mike arrived right on time. He's pleasant and professional and gets the job done correctly and promptly. I would definitely recommend his service. He correctly diagnosed the issue and replaced a rusted part, which he brought with him. He also provided me with quotes for some other projects to be completed at a later date.

He was a very nice man, and gentleman. ..someone you would not mind have 'working in your home. He was punctual...neat in his appearance and workmanship. He cleaned up all the work area upon completion. Didn't talk much...just kept working...which I appreciate. He could work on his own. His cost was about average. I would call Mr DeSantis again for any plumbing repairs.

Jim is very professional. He arrived on time, go to work right away, and finished all the work in a couple of hours. He showed me what he did and cleaned up when he was done.

They are a long time plumbing contractor. They have master plumbers who work for them. They respond very quickly. They are probably not the cheapest people in town but they are fair. They have done things for us for many years now.

No work was performed since they elected not to bid on a smaller job back when business was good..

They did a decent job, but I was a little disappointed that they charged me for the service call.

It was a very good experience. He showed up on time, took the time to explain my options, and was very professional. He had all the work done within 2 hours.

Rick called and asked me a few questions about the hot water tank. He then asked if he could arrive within a 1/2 hr. He was on time. He went right to the hot water tank and found my problem. It was very simple and he corrected it immediately. I then asked him about water pressure in the kitchen sink. He took the aerator off and found that it was restricted. Rick replaced it and the pressure was great.
He was courteous and polite and knowledgeable. He saved me alot of money and I would recommend Jand J DeSantis to anyone.
They are on my list of reliable businesses.

I was told they could not perform the task and to call someone else by that time it was too late.

The company was quick to respond, came over to look at the situation the same day. The plumber that came that day thought it was a challenging job due to the old lead pipe and other pipes nearby. We made an appointment for the following Friday. The plumber assured me that he would come and do the job himself since it looked tricky.
On the following Friday I received a call from the company that the plumbers would be an hour or two later than scheduled. They ended up showing only about half an hour later than originally scheduled.
Two plumbers (the first guy was not with them) showed up and did the job in a couple hours. They were very courteous and professional. The cost was a little less than originally estimated but still quite a bit for two men and two hours.
My chief concern is that the plumber that said he was going to do the job didn't and no explanation was offered. This wasn't a big problem for me but I know many people would have just told these two guys to beat it. If you say you're going to do the job yourself you should probably at least show up to explain that you think your buddy can do it just as well.

Since I was unsure exactly what I needed, Jim advised me as to what and where they normally install the grab bars. I had him add one additional bar to accomonodate our needs. He brought the bars back when he returned about 2 hours later. The entire job was finished by 11:30 am, and it is just what we needed. He was very neat and there was no cleanup needed when he finished.
I had used this company about 20 years ago for a bathroom remodel, kitchen sink anbd countertop remodel and change to pipes to copper. As we were leaving in about 5 days for a 10 day cruise, they were able to do the work while we were away and when we returned,the entire job was completed and it was beautiful. They are a very reputible company and I would not hesitate to have them come again when I have a need.

Rich arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and the toilet works great now!! He also provided estimates for replacing parts on a small sink in a half bath as well as how much our drippy faucet was probably adding to our water bill.

We returned from vacation and found one of our toilets was not filling properly and a badly leaking outdoor faucet. We called our usual plumber several times in the following week but continually got no response. We checked Angie's List and called Jand J DeSantis. We were told a someone would be at our house the next day. Then about a half-hour later they called back and said they just had an opening and someone could be at our house in about 20 minutes. The plumber came, assessed the situation and started to work. He moved quickly, was thorough, pleasant and didn't take time to chat until after the work was done and the bill was presented. We are very happy with DeSantis and will definitely use them again.

We had a emergency late on a Friday. We called several companies on Angies's List.Only one would come ASAP, and not on Monday.We couldn't wait til Monday.I called DeSantis and they said they would be right over.I thought OMG this is going to cost us a fortune.But I was wrong.Rick came and fixed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and conscientious. He was clean and made no mess.He explained everything in detail to my husband. And the bill was under $200. My husband and I were very happy and we plan on using them in the future, and will recommend themto all our family and friends.

He dose good work. It was an emergency installation. He came with in a couple of hours. He promptly installed it and cleaned up after himself. They were friendly honest people.

They are an excellent service and they come on time and get the job done without a second visit. They have replaced my hot water heater, outdoor faucet, sump pump and the back-up system as well.

I have used the company before, they are honest. I like them. I will use them again. They replaced the hot water heater in my rental home. I have used them off and on for about twenty years.

It was good. They had come out before and they were pretty fair in price and I thought they were honest.
