My dad had purchased a safe at an auction years ago and has never been able to open it. We contacted Fradon . They would come to his house or we could bring it in to work on. |We took it in to save money They had to drill it to get it opened as the dial was broken. . We would definitely  do business with them again.

Working with Fradon Locks was a fantastic experience. The gentleman was great - he was personable, professional and very helpful. He showed up right on time, helped me figure out the many different locks in my new house and did a wonderful job changing everything out and fixing an issue we found with the front door knob and dead bolt. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again if I ever need a locksmith.

They were terrific to work with.  Prompt and efficient, great with clean-up, and very flexible with working around other folks and my schedule.  Would definitely use them again for future work.

Representative was prompt, efficient, courteous and did fine work quickly. Took less than half an hour. Price very reasonable.

I called Fradon Lock Co. on a Friday to get an estimate and schedule an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment the next Monday morning between 9am and 12pm for services. They called at 9:15am and arrived at approximately 9:30 (since I had requested they come early if possible since I had a lunch meeting). After showing them the locks, they finished the job in ~10mins with the three copies of the keys I requested. The two gentlemen were professional and efficient. I would call Fradon Lock Co. again as well as recommend them others.

They are just wonderful. The price they quoted me was exactly the same. They went out of their way. I had a lock put in, and they didn't charge extra for it.

The job seems to be done well. The cleanup was however minimal. When I compare this to the labor charged... its unacceptable. That is my other gripe with the work - the labor charged for about an hours work totalled almost $200!!  No complaints with the work done however... would use them again if needed... but only after a careful quote, which I did not have the time to accomplish this time.

We were told that they would come between 9 and 12 am. The locksmith came at 9:30am and left by 10:15. Very courteous, and did a great job, even cleaned up after himself. Very highly recommended.

He is at my home within 15 minutes. He was very fast.

Guys were on time, got my half key out of the deadbolt and were on their way in 15 minutes. Very personable and nice. We actually went over on Saturday and had new keys made at the shop and the keys work better than the originals! My husband (who had the keys made) said they couldn't have been nicer at the shop either - overall a great experience.

Excellent, very professional. Showed up on time and were in and out in 30 minutes. They also ensured that the doors closed correctly and tightly. Highly recommend

The person I spoke to over the phone was a little curt, but the two men who came (I don't think 2 usually come for something like this, but they were meeting here before going to another job and both did the work) were pleasant, efficient, friendly, and very tolerant of my 3-year-old's chatter and questions. Since we didn't have keys for 4 locks, they changed the locks on the 2 deadbolts, but did not have the right color knob/lock things. They tried a couple of ways to work around the problem and explained my options, and said I could call to have them come back. And they told me what to say I need when I call. Then, one of the men showed my son the tools and cabinets in the back of his van, and that made his day!

The workers arrived on time after calling to confirm our appointment. After arriving, they assessed all of the locks, and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to do the work. Once we accepted, they went right to work. It took them approximately 1.5 hours to change all of the locks, some of which were more than 40 years old. Once completed, they gave us our new keys, we gave them a check and the job was done. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Went well. They responded in about 1.5 hours like they committed to and performed the work. The price was as they quoted.

Very good response to initial service call and the work was done on a Saturday (at no extra charge). New locks work well as one would hope. The price was very reasonable for the work done.
