Comfort Windows

The crew showed up in rain, snow and a BLIZZARD. They were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was performed to spec but the guys went above and beyond in the execution of the work. Would DEFINITELY recommend Comfort to anyone.

They did great. They were on time. There no hidden fees. They cleaned up after themselves. I can’t say enough nice this about them.

Someone from Comfort Windows came in and gave me an estimate on replacement windows. The guy spent at least an hour and a half with me answering all of my questions and explaining everything. I really liked the salesman and I have heard nothing but good things about Comfort Windows. The only reason that the work has not been done yet is because we are saving money to do it but once we have saved the money we will be going with Comfort. They are punctual and completely trustworthy. I like that they have their own customer service so if anything does go wrong you deal with Comfort directly and not some outside company.

We went with triple pane comfort windows.  They're very quiet & well made.  The installers are polite, on time & professional.

It was completed on schedule, with minimum interference. You could set your clock by their arrival and departure times. The workers were professional and friendly. We will use Comfort Windows again without reservation.

We live on basically a fixed income and this was way out of our range for a simple tub replacement. They were polite and I received my whole deposit back within a couple weeks after saying no to the service. I was disappointed that it would have been so expensive as all we wanted replaced was the tub!

These guys are the BEST!!! From the sales crew, to the office staff and especially the highly trained, experienced and professional installers. They came exactly when they said they would, removed the old windows to the studs and replaced each with a great quality triple glazed window. Each of the 4 crew members was experienced and they went to work with the utmost efficiency. Each knew what the other was doing without speaking, and they went about their tasks with enthusiasm. In addition, they were very personable and happily answered all of my questions. What a nice bunch of guys! The windows and doors were installed perfectly and the interior and exterior trim was flawless. They used  high quality pine molding and also installed new sills. Each piece was perfectly mitered and installed with care- FLAWLESS. The windows themselves are just great! They also cleaned up every scrap and speck of dust in the house and the yard as well and left them cleaner than it was when they arrived each day. A true group of professionals and extremely hard working bunch!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a great deal and a wonderful door. It locks with a key and the screens are attached and the insulated windows, lift easy and sound proof more then I thought.   Living near a busy street the insulated door provides a quiet indoors.

I can leave door open to enjoy the light and feel safe with a locking device on the handle.

They are a bit more in the cost department, but they guarantee their work.

They were great!  There were no problem or pressure.  They came out three or four weeks ago, and I had the bid a couple of days.

They were excellent. They did a great job and were in and out in two days. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought they followed through on their orginal plan and the windows turned out great.

They were absolutely wonderful.  They were professional.  They did over and above of what we expected them to do.  They worked well with us and they were respectful.  The indoor window and door crew cleaned up a little better than the exterior crew.  It's not that the exterior crew didn't clean up, it just was not as we would never have known that they were there on the inside but that was not the case with the outside.  We only checked price with one other company.  It was a wonderful experience.

I've used them several times. It was excellent. They come when they say they are going to come and their prices and work are good. A couple of times I needed them to come back to fix something and they came back immediately and there was no charge. I would definitely use them again.

I really liked them. They were fast. They were here for about three days. They cleaned up everyday. I had contractors coming in to do estimates on the work and they were substantially lower in pricing. Three years later, I have no problems with the windows. They all work great. everything went really well with them.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate on 2/1.  A few days before they called and needed to reschedule for the next week, which was absolutely fine.  Tom came out on 2/9, right on time, professional, punctual, and friendly, and tried hard to talk me into attic insulation, but I was determined to do the exterior walls only.  My heat bills really aren't bad, but I have cold spots near the exterior walls.  He took 30% down, and assured me they'd call me in a few days to schedule the pre-tests, and that since it was the slow season, the work wouldn't take long at all.
Sure enough, on 2/13 a woman calls to schedule the pre-tests. The conversation went something like: Um, we're really busy because of blah and blah....how's March 8?  Me - well, that's quite a ways out, when could I expect the actual work to be done?  Her - oh, I have no idea, that's not my department.  (followed by a moment of silence where I was allowing her the opportunty to offer anything...) Me - Ok, well, March 8 is fine, you can refund my 30% down and when you can find time in your busy schedule to do the work, I'll give it back.  Her - How's tomorrow?  Me - Tomorrow will be fine.
The gentleman who came out to do the tests was punctual, professional, friendly, and no complaints at all.  He told me there were no issues, and Mark (I think) would call me in a couple of days to schedule the job.
A week later and no call.  So I called and left a voice mail for I think Trisha asking if they would call me to schedule the work, or if they preferred to refund my 30% down.  She called me back with a bit of an attitude and full of excuses about how busy they are.  (after all it is february?)  She scheduled the work for 3/8. 
The guys who came to do the work were again, punctual, professional, friendly, and did a great job. 
Will I use them again?  Probably.  My windows need to be replaced, and I'll be calling them for an estimate.  But I will refuse to give a downpayment until the work is scheduled.  I in no way expect that the work needs to be done immediately, but I do think it's reasonable to expect that when I've paid for a third of the work, I should at least be on the schedule. I shouldn't have to beg to be put on it.
