He is very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, and he was good.

Bob was super efficient. He arrived early and quickly started the snowblower, which we could not get started. Then he changed the oil and we were all set.

In a word, Excellent. I called and left a message asking for a return call in the morning. Call was returned just after lunch. Made an appointment and Bob showed exactly on schedule. Took care of all of the items that I knew were wrong and informed me of several other items needed, which he fixed also. Finished in a timely manner and everything worked well. Oh, and did I mention that he came to my house? No need to try to haul my oversized snowblower to a shop or pay for a pickup and drop off. That alone would have been more than my entire repair bill. To say that I thought his bill was reasonable would be an understatement! I would recommend him without reservation! It simply does not get any more convenient than this.

Since I have an older mower for which parts are hard to find, I had the new blades, and oil filter on hand. Bob arrived when he said he would and performed the necessary service efficiently - important because he charges by the hour.
I would use again.

He knows where my lawnmower lives and just services it and puts it away and just leaves a bill. Very convenient. I think last year was the first time I actually met him.

Bob arrived on time, asked me questions to assess the problem and within 15 minutes the mower was running. He gave me tips to keep it running smoothly and how to dispose of old gas. Very pleasant, professional and I would use him again

the mower would stop half way thru mowing
he checked the hoses and cleaned the carburator. everything seemed ok. the next day i started to cut the grass and it stopped again. i called bob and he came right back. i had togo to work so i left bob at my house and left my garage open. he took the carburator apart again and found that the float pin had corosian on it. after cleaning that the mower ran like new again

He quickly knew exactly the problem and repaired it.

Bob arrived on time, with the necessary parts for my snowblower, and performed the repair right in my driveway, from his well-equipped truck. He worked quickly and efficiently, patiently explained every step of his procedure to me, and gave me advice on future care of the snowblower. This gentleman is outgoing, very professional, and very knowledgeable about his trade. He works efficiently and pays careful attention to detail. (After replacing my impeller cable, he found and replaced a broken spring in the machine that I was not even aware existed.) His price is extremely reasonable. If I ever have need of snowblower or lawnmower repair in the future, I will certainly call on Bob to do the work.

Absolutely excellent provider of service...got right back to me...came to the house to fix the mower within 2 days of calling...10 year old mower runs like it is new again....will definitely use again and highly recommend

Bob always fixes what's wrong right there in the driveway. He has everything in his truck for the repair. He is honest and tries to give you the most economical solution.
