Ben is the ultimate professional. He keeps his time frames, his work is meticulous and he leaves his work site spotless. He keeps you informed and gives you full explanations before during and after the work of what needs to be done and subsequently what he has done. Quality workmanship that exceeds factory standard work. He's a go to guy. Bottom line, he did a great job for me and fulfilled all expectations. This was an oil to gas heat hot water conversion.

My Plumber Ben was extremely professional and efficient and arrived exactly on the time scheduled. Perfect quality work for a very reasonable price and the overall experience was great. I'm going to hire Ben again to install a new hot water heater in about 6 months.

He was professional, polite, very knowledgeable. He was on time and replaced our faucet & tidied up too. That's something other repair professionals from other websites didn't do. We are going to hire him again right after Christmas. We've already bragged about him to our next door neighbor who needs plumbing work too. When he comes back, I'll introduce them. His charges are so affordable - We have "bragging rights" on Ben. He made our Christmas very Merry.

After making the decision to convert from oil to gas heat I hired Ben to install a new boiler and gas oven. Ben was very knowledgable and unlike other plumbers he spent the time with us to carefully review all our options. We elected to go with a wall hung tankless boiler.. They changed my perception of plumbing contractors. They were honest to the core and highly professional in the discharge of their duty. The first plumber I called charged me $1000 plus for the same job White Glove did for $185. They told me that my shower which I thought was faulty was functional. The first contractor made it sound as if I need to install a new shower. Thank God the likes of White Glove are still in the industry to restore the faith of customers. When our hot water quit around 8 pm, I put in a request on HomeAdvisor and Ben at White Glove called less than a minute after I pressed SUBMIT. More importantly, Ben was super friendly, showed up promptly, and then got our hot water heater back up and running, all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend White Glove.

Excellent response to my original contact call. Professional assessment of my hot water shortage problem and rapid follow up with alternative solutions. Benjamin is a courteous competent master plumber with the knowledge and ability to complete the installation and repair leaving the site in a broom clean condition. I've had him install two oter heaters for my daughter and sister and they feel the same way. I was extremely impressed with White Glove Plumbing and Heating from the start. Responded to my concern very quickly and began the job exactly the time specified the day prior. I am usually skeptical about any contractor especially one i am unfamiliar with but i must say it felt like i had worked with this organization for years. Personal, honest, professional and really extend themselves for the customer. Price is right and i feel very satisfied. I am happy to say that i found a plumber that i will use for a long time.
