Michael Ball installed my shower doors. He is the same person who I discussed the product with at their warehouse and who measured the bath prior to confirming the order. He is a soft spoken seasoned pro who provides a sense of trust and confidence. The reason for the average customer service is the delay from whey I ordered the doors to when they were installed. Originally I was told 3 weeks and it was over six weeks and that was only after I called twice. It appeared my job order was lost or misplaced.

Job was good. They showed on time. But they left some glue or silicon on top edge of mirror. Since I intend to cover the top over with wood, they may not have thought it necessary to fully clean that part.
