Hugh investigated the source of a leak we were having and discovered many possible causes. He noted that the best solution would be a new roof, but to minimize the costs he could do as much patching as he could do and hopefully seal up the source of our leak. He pointed out a few shortcomings of our roof including the lack of proper flashing on vents and chimneys. Hugh also pointed out that a previous sealing of two unused brick chimneys had been compromised since it was done and gave us a good price on redoing those. He took multiple pictures to illustrate the problems and was straightforward and answered all my questions thoroughly.

The roof on my home is older that 10 yrs. William and Hugh explain the condition of roof and the process of repairs and applying aluminum coating as purchased in the Angie's list advertised deal. I appreciated their professionalism , timely approach in completing the roofing job, and quality of service. I will recommend this service provider on Angie's List and to my neighbors/ property owners looking for quality service that I respect for home repairs.

The team was at my house on time and evaluated my roof, and they were able to start right away. The owner did not try to upsell me, rather I believe he gave me an honest evaluation of work that was needed to maintain my roof until I am ready to do a replacement. The entire team was courteous and went above and beyond, even removing extra wiring and antennas that the former owners had deserted on the house. I really felt that I could trust the team to only sell me what I needed and I think they did a great job. I'm actually planning to hire them again very soon to do some stone work around my house. I'm grateful I've found my trustworthy go-to contractor and I'll recommend them to anyone needing roof / gutter work.
