Barnaby has served as Chairman of the Master Plan Committee in Stony Point and was a founding member of the Stony Point Economic Development Committee, Trustee Board President of the Rose Memorial Library and volunteers regularly for the PTA at Stony Point Elementary and Farley Elementary Schools. He is an active member of many professional associations throughout the New York area and was voted the 2013 Stony Point Elementary PTA person of the year.
