Sure Seal Windows is a Family Owned Business owned by Jeff Peck out of Stittville, NY. Our most common areas of business are New Hartford, Utica, & Rome areas, but we offer services to the Central New York area, & we will travel further upon request. What Drives Us Sure Seal prides itself on Quality Workmanship and Customer Service. Because 75% of our business is repeat customers, our top priority is Customer Service. We send out survey's to our customers after their job is finished so that we can ensure that everything was done to their complete satisfaction and also to help us improve on things we may be unaware of. We are proudly known for one of the few companies that continues to care long after your job is finished.

After 2 years of quotes we finally choose Sure Seal as our contractor.  We found their price to be reasonable and scheduling met our needs.  Sure Seal employees arrived everyday without fail until completion of project,  they were professional.
An error on the original quote dealing with type of siding we had agreed to resulted in reordering siding which was done by Jeff Peck (owner) without a problem or cost increase to us.  Mr. Peck stood by his original quote.
Sure Seal met all their contractual requirements, removed all debris and performed a walk around before final payment.

Andy the installer and his crew arrived promptly installed awning in 4-5 hrs explained directions of use. Very thoroughly very pleasant professional and fussy about their work! Will use again and recommend to finish.

Everyone did their job, the countertops was a problem, the measurements were wrong and had to be replaced, second countertop was chipped and had to be fixed to my pleasure.
