ROCCO'S LANDSCAPING AND CONCRETE SERVICE LLC

Three men came out. They do a few persons on the block. I have had him for 6 years.

clean up crew did satisfactory job of leaf p/u claimed they were there for an hour charged $86+tax. one time p/u,,hard to believe!   when we
questioned him about the length of time and how he came up with the price he got very nasty screaming and yelling very unprofessional if he did not want to do the job all he had to do was say it..very dissapointed in him thought he was a nice guy and again did a much bigger job for a lot more money, that we were very sastified with, it didnt pay to argue over $86 dollars so we just paid him.

I MAYBE HAD SOME CONTACT WITH THEM ONCE AND NO ONE HAD TO BE HERE SO I ONLY SAW THEM ONCE. I HAD SOME QUESTIONS ON BILLING. THERE WERE SOME DISPUTES OF HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAD COME IN A MONTH. I HAD HIRED THEM TO SAVE TIME ON MY PART, BUT AFTER ALL OF THESE COMPLICATIONS I AM GOING TO CUT THE GRASS MYSELF NEXT YEAR.

IT'S FINE. THEY COME AND THEY GO. I DON'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE THERE EXCEPT THE YARD LOOKS TERRIFIC. THEY COME WITHOUT ME KNOWING. I SEND THEM THE CHECK. IT'S ALL GOOD.

THEY STARTED OUT VERY GOOD, BUT IT RAPIDLY WENT DOWNHILL TO THE POINT WHERE I AM NOT GOING TO HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY TRIED TO BILL ME FOR THINGS THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, BUT THEY NEVER DID. THEIR BILLS WERE ALWAYS WRONG. THEY KEPT PUTTING ON EXTRA CUTS AND EXTRA FERTILIZATION THAT I KNEW DID NOT TAKE PLACE. I TALKED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND IT NEVER IMPROVED. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GOOD, BUT THEIR MANAGEMENT AND BILLING DEPARTMENT HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON.
