It was fine. I dropped it off and I called them to see when it was ready. They asked who I signed me in but I didn't know who it was. They should have told me when I dropped my car off. They were pleasant when I picked up the car.

I was satisfied with the quality and price. They are very reliable. I use them all the time. They always call to follow up.

They do a good job. They really fix your car. They do things right away. I use them all the time. They are reliable and close by. I am very satisfied. I would recommend them. My two daughters use them as well.

The service was good. They diagnosed the problem to a faulty o2 sensor and called me to see if i wanted them to repair it. they also provided the price breakdown ahead of time so i knew what i was paying for. once the repair was done, i was able to pick up the car in the timely fashion.

Excellent and timely service on the spot

I don't actually remember the cost. I have been going to Olympia Auto Repair for about 8 years. I find them to be honest, efficient and they stand behind their work. I can't speak to prices as I don't shop around to compare but I never feel like I am being overcharged or that they are looking for things to drive up the price. BOTTOM LINE: I TRUST THEM and that's what I look for in a repair shop.

This time was for an inspection and misc. I've been taking my cars there for years. |They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I trust their advice implicitly. They don't create problems where there are none. They are responsive and fairly priced.

Both times the inspection was thorough. For my car he suggested new brakes, but said they weren't so bad as to fail inspection. My husband's car also passed after a full inspection. The radiator was leaking from a crack on the top, but Mike suggested just putting some automotive glue on it. Olympia is very honest, and very competent.

They were very honest about the pricing and the work they would be doing.

They have a great service. They have actually fixed major problems with our cars though auto inspections. They do basic oil changes. They also have done something as small as fixing a flat tire. They are close to my home. They were very truthful and they let you know if it is not worth the money to fix the car. They do he work and try to get it done in the fasted time possible. They are friendly and knowledgeable about car mechanics.

I had no problem with them. I used them about a year ago before the hurricane storm. I took my car in there to do break maintenance. They were recommended to me from a friend. I believe they had a good pricing for me to go there for their service. It is about 5 miles away from my home.

They have done work for me and I have only used them one time. With my older car they were very good. It was a Trailblazer and the battery died. My friend recommended them to me. They took me in right away and they were excellent. They did some other work for me too which is why the price was about $100.00; I believe it maybe would have been some auto service and auto inspection too. They were very nice and courteous. For me I dropped my car off, and they were able to drive me back to my home and then they picked me up when my car was done. They also gave me a discount, because I knew one of their frequent customers.

I have been taking my car there for about 5 years. I usually get my oil changed there. They do basic auto service work for me. I just drop the car off and they contract me when they have finished. They have fair prices and I never have to wait too long.

Did work promptly and professionally.

I was extremely pleased. I believe most mechanics would have felt the car needed a new clutch (about $1000) or new cylinders in the hydraulic clutch system, and replaced the entire metal hose in the power steering system. I expected to have a huge bill. But Mike was clearly intelligent and honest and fixed my car in the cheapest way possible (also the minimum necessary). Also, the 10% off coupon more than paid for my subscription to Angie's List. I had mentioned the coupon when I brought the car in, but was thinking of not using it because I was so relieved at the low price of my repairs. However, Mike reminded me of it, so I used it. The job was done (diagnosis and repair) within about 4.5 hours. He explained everything clearly. Also, I am a woman who knows a fair amount about cars, and am sometimes annoyed with a certain attitude mechanics have, but I did not feel that at all at Olympia Auto.

At first, it ended up taking awhile for them to figure out what was wrong. The first appointment they ended up not charging me as they couldn't find anything. I did take my car back in later and they were able to fix the problem. They were very professional and courteous. The mechanic even drove me to the bus stop and was willing to pick me up from work when I dropped my car off. They seemed very honest and trustworthy which is hard to find from an automotive shop.

The service was outstanding. The are fantastic. They explained everything. The price was more than fair and I was really happy with their service overall. I would recommend them to anyone.

Olympia Auto Repair are very reasonable. They even did something without charging me. They also gave me a discount because I am an Angie's list member. They gave me advise on how to avoid costly repairs, they said they could have charged me a lot for the windshield wipers if they had to replace other things, they always look for the more cost effective way of doing things. The people are very cheerful and very helpful. They always want to help. They are the only ones that I ever use because I don't trust any one else.
