Nick and his team were incredibly professional and speedy! We needed porcelain tiles on pedestals installed as our roof deck and they accomplished the job in two days. As part of the job, they also created a cedar enclosure around our Mitsubishi compressors and a little gate for the fire escape. The deck looks beautiful and we're thrilled to be able to use our roof again. We would absolutely hire N&L Decks R Us again if any other projects came up.

We had a 55 year old deck on a 70 year old house that needed replacement due to serious deterioration. I got it touch with Nick, gave him the dimensions, and my desire to use traditional treated lumber. Nick was able to offer a few money saving tips to keep the cost down, and some minor changes to meet code. I obtained multiple quotes, and read the reviews on Angie's List. Nick was always available to answer questions as we progressed toward placing an order. Because I was ordering this deck for my elderly mother and I don't live in NY, I wanted to make sure that if I travelled there for the day of the construction, I could rely on them to perform the work on the specific day I would be there. Our project was estimated to be a one-day job for teardown of old deck and construction of the new. They showed up first thing in the morning and completed the job by 3 p.m. Nick himself got the job started and returned several times through the day to check on progress. We were very happy with the work and the results.

Exceptionally well. Started the job on time as promised & completed it on time. Nick is (notice didn't use past tense cause I intend to use his services again) a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, he is a Gentleman who listens to his clients & offers improved suggestions in design & construction. His crews are craftsmen who put quality into their work. They also are tentative to the customer needs. They work hard & they are neat. I rated them "A" but they deserve some additional pluses.

Decks R Us replaced my wooden deck with a trex composite deck. Nick is a real gentleman. They did everything promised, they work fast, came on date he scheduled and workmanship and quality of material top notch.

They are amazing. Nick came to look at our yard. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. It took 1 1/2 days to rip out our old deck and put in a beautiful new deck with lighting. He took care of everything. All the debris he had removed. I would absolutely use Decks R Us again. I have 2 other friends which have used them and they did a beautiful job for them too!!! This was such an easy project, you can't go wrong with Nick and Decks R Us.

Throughly professional process from initial appraisal to final cleanup. The result is perfect. Nicholas Ercolano was punctual, informative knowledgable and staightforward to deal with; his large crew were clearly experienced, worked well together , did the entire job in one day and cleaned up the site completely. We are very pleased.

Our old deck needed to be replaced. Nick and his crew did an excellent job and within two and a half days the deck was replaced. High quality material was used and we are satisfied with the outcome. 5 stars. Highly recommended

Amazing work. Old deck removal, new deck and PVC fence installed. I do not have any access to my yard except through my front door, hallway and family room. They did all of this work with not 1 ding to anything, protected all floors as well. The crew was amazing, polite and professional. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I have been living i my home more than 30 years and have hired many contractors. The crew that performed the work were the most professional I have ever hired, everyone performed their tasks with great skill. It was a team in action, I was awed how they cooperated with each other. The project was done in 2 days, one day of demolition and one day of construction. The material used was of the highest quality. Dealing with Nick was an easy go, he pointed me in the right direction. Being a designer I had the project layer out, but Nick informed me that I was under sizing my beams.. I highly recommend this group to downy work that you need to done.

Nick and his team did a great job building our deck. Everything was done fast, clean, on time and exactly as promised. He offered valuable advice on the design and we could not be happier with the work done.

I am happy with the work that Decks R Us did, Nick came over and quoted me a price for a 35 X 31 deck that was reasonable and I also updated my fence for more privacy. The work they did was excellent and was completely done in four days and that was with two hundred feet of fencing and also they took down four tree to make space for the deck and fence and also raised my AC units on top of the new deck. I recommend them and also will be using them again for the rest of my yard to have pavers done to complete the yard. His workers are professionals and courteous

Perfect. No hard sell - No BS - No fine print. Only surprise was the positive experience. Nick was professional and responsive to all ideas, questions and concerns. Responses were timely and complete, and the project went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the completed project. The install crew was professional, hard working, neat and efficient. Would highly recommend to any of my friends and neighbors.

This company was by far the most professional and efficient contractor that we have had to date for our construction . Our deck came out beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Nick promised and delivered - Decks R US staff have done an EXCELLENT job on building a new deck with PVC fence and railings and install a pavers in driveway and walkway. The work was completed quickly and the price was fair for the high quality they delivered and the quick turnaround. If I ever need deck services again I would go right back to Decks R US! This is the company that took care of my backyard, Nick is an amazing person to talk to and he devotes so much time in making sure we got everything we wanted and explained everything in detail. Not once did he rush us or did we feel pressured into something we didn't want. His goal was to make sure we are 120% happy and satisfied with every aspect of his work. Always answers his phone or emails. He came everyday several times to make sure everything was being done properly which it was. His guys are very skilled and trained and worked together as a team and got the job done in 6 days. Everything was so well coordinated it was like watching a movie. There is nothing that Nick and his crew could of done differently to make our dream come any truer. 5 stars all the way!
