It went very well. It was a very professional job. He arrived on time. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. It was a very pleasant experience. The tiles look great!

I received the ad via email from "Angie's List" for a sale on re-grouting.  It was for  $99.00 for one person doing 3 hours of work or an hour and half with two people.   Matt showed up and immediately assessed the area.  He said corking/grout supplies would cost an additional $45.00 and that it was on the original advertisement.  He did an excellent job cleaning and replacing grout.  He was professional and cleaned up after each step of the job.  The service in itself was fantastic.

The one thing I would say if I could make a recommendation as I was surprised... Since$45.00 dollars is the routine rate for supplies, just add the difference ($99 + $45 = $ 144.00) and put the exact price so that there are no surprises on the day of service.  I reviewed the advertisement after and I didn't see the fee.

PROVIDER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB GROUTING THE TILE WORK IN A MASTER BATHROOM, AS WELL AS OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS IN AND AROUND THE BATHROOM

everything went very  well. He was on time and did a great job and even tried to tighten my faucet for me.  The only issue i had was that after i paid for the special, i was told that i would have to pay an additional $40 for the supplies.  The job was still worth $140, however, it should have been represented clearly that supplies were extra

Very happy with Matt's work. He was neat, showed up promptly each day and was obviously very experienced.

Many tile companies will not take smaller jobs so he was perfect for our project.

He made a few suggestions that improved the look of the job that we hadn't thought of.

He did a phenomenal job. He works pretty much alone except when he has to bring in other professionals. He's prompt and will work for 10 hour straight. When he says he will have something started on a certain day, he will start it on that day. If he says it's going to take 2 weeks, it will be 2 weeks. If anything comes up, he will inform you. There was never any waiting around and wondering if he's going to come. I was shopping for some fixtures and called him, he picked up right away and told me what to get and what not to get. Everything went very smoothly. He's very clean, cleans everything up and covers everything that needs to be covered up. He does a phenomenal job and it really is beautiful.
