The sales man was very helpful and professional. The whole project turned out great. I would consider them again in the future.

The price they charge was good and the installers are good. They were experienced. Home Depot is helping us choose appliances. They help us in measuring and giving estimate so that the appliance that we bought would fit in out house. They were really helpful.

The agent from Homedepot was very friendly, professional and was not crazy high pressure. Gave us several options and explained all grades of installation, material, and also workmanship guarantees. Went with Timberline HD, checked and removed all rotting wood from the old roof, flashed and channeled our chimney gaps, covered all piping and vents. and graded and level our gutters. They were done in 2.5 days for the entire job. since our house is ranch style - our roof is almost 3000 square feet which is a large area of coverage. Homedepot gave job to one of their agents which was very professional and friendly as well. With their best plan guarantee 25 year workmanship and 50 years for material which gave me peace of mind. Any other small company that offers it I would not even trust, what is the chance of Homedepot will no longer be around in 25-50 years. I can't say the same for most smaller companies. Could have done it for less probably but probably would have needed replacement 10-15 years laters or maybe even sooner.

Every time I spoke to someone at Home Depot over the phone, the individual appeared to resolved the situation, so that I felt and quot;pleased.and quot; A questionnaire followed, which I had agreed to answer, asking how things went. I always used the highest rating.
However, soon afterward, whatever had been promised was not done. I did not receive the higher level service that I had requested. I was told more than once not to sign off on the delivery until the unit was installed and working, but the unit was not installed. In NYState, a plumber is required to be present at the installation of a dishwasher. One was promised, after a special call on my part, but none appeared, and I had to make installation arrangements on my own. I had to sign the paper about the delivery anyway, and we had to write in a special disclaimer that the unit had not been installed and proved to be working.
I decided to upgrade the unit after placing the order, and although they promised this would go smoothly, I was not charged except retroactively to the date of purchase about a month later. Not such a big deal, but it threw off some personal accounting arrangements I had made.
The dishwasher is now installed and working, but my complaint about Home Depot is that they were not honest on the phone; they promised things that they did not deliver and it caused me extreme discomfort, wondering how and if the unit would be installed correctly. Worse, they had these and quot;dishonestand quot; surveys right after my phone calls. I guess that ones who answered the phone were aware of this and would tell me that whatever I asked would be agreed to so that I would feel good at the end of the call.

Installation was quick and done very well. I thought the cost of $2300. was high. Also, the gutters now do not clog up with leaves, however, they do get a lot of twigs and branches that stay on the gutters and as a result in a heavy downpour water flows over the gutter onto out windows.Our home is a colonial, and situated in a wooded area with over hanging tree limbs. Over-all we are satisfied with the work

The price was too high for the amount of work they were going to do. It was fine, the design department really helped us. They gave us a lot of their time but unfortunately, it didn't work out.

They gave me the 12-month interest free on the purchase. They did a good work for me and I was happy with the install. They hired a private contractor but they guarantee the work. The service they provided was very good. There's a lot of follow up on their part. I was very pleased with it. I got 0% interest line for 12 months and a big part of my decision was the financing option. Unfortunately, when they scheduled the work, it was the week of Hurricane Sandy so it got pushed off a couple of days but once they came in, they really banged out the work. They have a very good customer service and I thought the work they did was good. I'd rate them excellent. I'd highly recommend them. I went with them because they have the Andersen windows. I really couldn't say negative things about them.

The young man who installed the shelving, rods and vertical framework pieces was terrific.... Did the entire job himself, quickly but carefully. A potential big problem was solved by the two of us putting our heads together and I was impressed by his willingness to do a little extra to put it into being.

A refrigerator was ordered. Delivery was scheduled for Sat, June 1. We waited and wasted our day for six hours before we were told the delivery truck broke down. Today (June 7) was the reschedule date for the fridge to be delivered and I took off from work. The guys came on time and realized a part was missing. They had to take the fridge back and order a new one. We were told they would come tomorrow morning first thing with a new one. Upon calling Home Depot to complain, I found out they were not in fact coming tomorrow and it was rescheduled AGAIN for next Thursday. After being on the phone with about 6 people, it was finally decided to cancel the order and order from another company. All we got was grief but no fridge!!!

Home Depot was pretty good. I liked them. They were on time. Their work is clean.

Home Depot's quotes were reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. I didn't have to wait.

They were very Friendly and professional from Beginning to end. From the salesman to the person who measured the kitchen to the crafts men. They did a beautiful job. They were prompt and did exactly what the said they were going to do and then some.I would certainly recommend them to a friend.

My experience with them was good and pleasant. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. Their price was on the expensive side.

First of all when you hire Home Depot they are not the people who come to do the job. They hire outside contractors who come to your house so it seems you are just paying for a guarantee of a job well done. Unfortunately all you really get is a lack of communication and confusion from having a middle man.. First the contractors showed up with no materials and asked if I had any glue or grout....ummmm....of course I don't- that's why I hired you! Once they started the backsplash, they tiled the WRONG WALL and used the WRONG GROUT COLOR. All the while, the 'project manager' from HD is calling you the whole time to make sure they are doing a good job. When I told her they used the wrong grout color, she actually seemed annoyed that I wanted them to redo it, since this entails starting all over. Well at this point, they didn't have the right grout color so they couldn't continue. I was told the grout would be sent to my house, which of course didn't happen. I had to actually go to HD and buy the right grout myself, as well as replacement tiles. Once they came back to finish, they also destroyed a wall that wasn't supposed to be touched. (English was not their first language so it was difficult to explain, but this was all detailed when the person came out to measure. Beware that just because you communicate to Home Depot what you want, doesn't mean they communicated this with their contractors.) I had to refinish the wall myself. And FINALLY, I couldn't get reimbursed for the extra materials that I had to purchase on my own due to their incompetence. The project manager calls 52 times during a job but if you need to contact them for a problem or reimbursement, they are nowhere to be found. Basically I felt like doing the job myself would have been easier.

They are good. They seem knowledgeable about their service and products. I like the ease of finding things and so forth.

They were terrible and their responsiveness was horrible. I was not home when they put the back door in. My wife was at home and she said that the installer was drunk. He had a helper who cut himself and was bleeding all over the place. The whole job was a horrible mess and he broke the molding around the door and never replaced it. In the winter the locks do not close; I can open the doors without turning the handle. It is lucky that I have bolt locks on which is what keeps the doors closed. I would never use Home Depot to install anything in my house. I did not think the price was high in comparison but they did an absolutely horrible job. I got so disgusted with complaining that I just stopped. When I get my kitchen remade I will have new doors put in. I would not even have them put a welcome mat down for me. I would rather pay more money and get somebody reputable than use Home Depot.

Home Depot got the estimate done from another company. We had to pay for their quotes. They came out and measured but it did not seem like it was complete. They did not understand what we were doing and it was this pretty forward installation; it was not that well with them. They did not include everything that we wanted done and they quoted $65 for the doors.

It was very, very good. The quality of the windows has been fine and the installer did a marvelous job. I like the fact that they were able to handle the job very quickly and replaced thirty windows. The price was lower than most we had seen. It was moderate.

Home said it was a no sales pressure estimate but the guy who came out to do the estimate was pretty much pressuring us to sign the deal. He said we had to sign the deal immediately or lose the deal. I had taken the whole day off for the estimate and for a doctor's appointment. The guy wouldn't allow me to go to the doctor's appointment; I was outside my doorstep, getting ready to get in my car, and he was pressuring me to look at samples and said he would wait for me get back from my appointment. We were told that it was just a one hour estimate but this guy sat in the house for four hours. When we said we had to think about it, he said we had to decide that day itself. But, based on what I heard from the guy, he was not exactly from Home Depot. He was through a third party company which Home Depot had hired to do this work.

Originally they told me the countertop was $4000 but they made a mistake on a couple things. They called me back and told me it was actually cheaper. That was nice. I didn't buy the backsplash which I originally would have but I had a little sticker shock. When I went back and purchased it, it was a little bit of a hassle. For the most part they've been pretty good. They were helpful in deciding colors. I have been in there almost every other day because I am redoing two bathrooms. They have a great return policy; they take everything. I ordered tiles and had them delivered to the house. When I got them I didn't like them so I returned them right to the store. They are on time when they say they will deliver.

He was prompt, polite and he got here on time. He did the work and that was it.
