Cleaning services are like hairdressers. They are very personal! Once you find a good one, you stick with them! I found Ellas Cleaning Corporation on Angi's list, and I'm sticking with them! I am very happy and impressed with the quality of their workmanship!

It is impossible to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Mary in the morning. She said she would get back to me and let me know if anyone was available to work on the day I requested. I did not hear back from her so 2 days later I texted her. No response. I tried calling her again the next day. I left her a voice mail and she responded with a text to see if I was still interested in having someone come on the day we spoke of. I told her yes, and gave her an alternate day just in case. Another 2 days goes by and no response. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Clear communication leading up to the visit. We had a team of two who was incredibly detail-oriented and efficient! So meticulous and thorough that they even made sure that the inside of my trash can lids, inside of my bathroom vanity, and inside of my toaster oven was clean. I did not even have to specify these things, and they went above and beyond to leave us with a sparkling house! They are also flexible, accepting different forms of online payment. Thank you!

This is possibly the best cleaning service I have ever hired. The manager talked to me about my needs and arranged for two efficient cleaners to come several days before my family arrived for the holidays. She also sent me a list of cleaning supplies I would need. I am not a good cleaner myself, so they had a challenging job. They met the challenge with hard work and good humor. We had a great first visit! We had a team of two people come and they were efficient, professional and detail-oriented. Everything was sparkling when they left - they even scrubbed some of the doors and walls! We have rehired Ella Cleaning to come back on a monthly basis.
