Clear communication leading up to the visit. We had a team of two who was incredibly detail-oriented and efficient! So meticulous and thorough that they even made sure that the inside of my trash can lids, inside of my bathroom vanity, and inside of my toaster oven was clean. The manager talked to me about my needs and arranged for two efficient cleaners to come several days before my family arrived for the holidays. We had a great first visit! We had a team of two people come and they were efficient, professional and detail-oriented. Everything was sparkling when they left - they even scrubbed some of the doors and walls! We have rehired Ella Cleaning to come back on a monthly basis. We’ve had some bad experiences before, so this was such a relief that we found a company that did such a nice job.
