the first time the lady was a real complainer- nice, but kept saying it
was so much work. she was huffing and puffing so not sure why she does
this job. the second person was very good and pretty quick
the owner is very nice. professional. saw the first lady she sent was not handling the job right so sent someone better the next time

Never able to speak to owner had the girl call us to arrange a date time. She showed up late every time and even cancelled 3 out of 7weeks and today no call no show.
Finally made contact with owner agreed to try her service again. 30 minutes before the girl was supposed to show called to say she was going to be at least 3 hours late. Will never use this business again!

Fine, a quick surface cleaning but if I had the time I'd do a better job myself. But I haven't spoken up I believe when I mention it to the company it will improve

We have been using Melinda for the past few months and we have settled into a



groove. She knows exactly the things I need done, she remembers from one time to



another to bring a special cleanser for a problem area. She cleans as well as I



do and is very pleasant to work with.

It went very well. They were very prompt and courteous. It worked out fine. They're reliable. If your looking for someone to be here on a regular basis and show up on time and do a good job, they're very reliable and I would definitely recommend them.

After finding Dust Bunnies on Angie's List, it took some work to get in touch with them. I called several times before I received a return call. The explanation was that she was sick. Understandable, but since there seems to be two owners, I think they should develop a system that allows both owners to be and quot;on calland quot; for phone calls. The Dust Bunny gals arrived on time and made a very nice impression on me. They were professional, neat, well groomed and personable. We went to the apartment and I explained what I needed done. Then the lovely woman who was assigned to my cleaning project went to work. I went up to check on how things were going once and she came to me once with a question.
Basically she did an very nice job. However, I had to point out mold on the refrigerator gasket (then she took care of that). She also could not perfectly clean one of the stove burners or the back splash of the stove. She apologized for this but I am confident I can take care of it myself and with some work, GooGone and oven cleaner and a plastic scraper. Also she neglected the burner grills, which were greasy to the touch. I do not think she gave these even a soapy wash in the sink. Not good for a professional cleaning lady. I did not notice this until later or I would have pointed it out. One window of the French door seems to have some permanent clouding which she could not remove. I have not attempted to remedy this myself so I am satisfied at this point. The bathroom looked great, the tiles in the kitchen and bath sparkled, cabinets glowed, entrance hall nicely freshened up. I do think that the job took too long (4 hours), considering the scope of the cleaning that needed to be done in this already clean apartment. I would have expected professional cleaners to accomplish the work in two hours, maybe three. But maybe I am wrong about this.
Overall I was very happy with Dust Bunnies and I intend to try them again in the future on a real cleaning project (my apartment) which believe me, will be a project indeed. However, I will give them competition before I settle on them as a permanent go to cleaning service. And I will have a discussion about the length of time basic routine cleaning should take. First time, deep cleaning may take who knows how long! Their price was excellent, however (half of what another cleaning service asked for the same work), and I think that if I had the same lady coming to my house on a regular basis, we could easily work out the kinks as she learned what I expected and what my standards are.
I would give Dust Bunnies a try without reservation. This is a serious company of young entrepreneurs and they deserve your business. Be clear about what you want done and the time frame you want it done in and I believe they will do their best to accommodate you. I have no regrets about hiring them.

Arrived on time.... I left a list of what I needed cleaned and provided cleaning products that I prefer. I was very satisfied from the first meeting with Owner,Angela, who personally came to assess my home needs and meet with me. A lovely business woman. The day of the scheduled cleaning, another nice woman arrived and cleaned everything specified very well. And in an organized manner. I highly recommend Dust Bunnies, and I would not have found this company had it not been for Angie's List...it's very difficult to find a company that will cater to smaller homes. It's even more difficult to find reliable, trustworthy housekeepers...I have been using Dustbunnies for about 3 months and will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

They did a thorough cleaning. They listened to my needs and

cleaned accordingly.

It went really great. On both time she came on time and finished cleaning in the estimated time frame.

Arrived promptly on day of service and focused on job. Owner had new trainee with her who she supervised. Cleaning of my home was done to my standards and as we had discussed. I felt comfortable with the owner; she is willig to work with clients to meet all of their needs. Would recommend without reservations.
