After the original call they were a little slow in calling me back to schedule, but when they came they took care of the problem right away. My refrigerator was not keeping the food cold or frozen. It's now running like a brand new fridge! the price was affordable. I'm very happy with the work and the technicians were very friendly and answered all my questions. I would defininte use them again.

Dependable wa anything but dependable. They scheduled and didn't show up to over 5 appointments and left us waiting for days for our repair work. In the end the job was left incomplete and had to fix it with someone else. The person on the phone, Steve, was very friendly to get our business but afterwards we only could speak to people that couldn't care less, ie Allison, an never called back when they said they would.

the technician did not do a thorough diagnosis with my Dryer on the first visit. He had to come back 3 times in total. when parts were ordered and installed he found the machine to need more parts to make it run. he says, "it's a good machine but it will be expensive to fix".
