They were on time, the clean up was the best, the workers were very friendly and polite

Estimate was provided in writing (few others did so) in a prompt manner. They were the most professional of all that I called for estimates. They were not the cheapest, but their service and equipment showed the difference. We occupied 4+ men, 3 + trucks, a chipper, two grinders, and numerous chain saws all day long. The workers were friendly and professional. They performed their work safely, lowering branches carefully instead of just letting things drop. They erected screens to protect from flying debris. They cleaned the roof of the house of debris. The ground was left tidy and flat with no debris left around. They even left the place with a fresh pine scent! :) No complaints. Angie's List asked for a rating on price. I gave a B. No, it wasn't the cheapest, but I was extremely satisfied and I'd call them again in a heart beat. If the rating was for value instead of price, I'd give an A! Thanks guys.

Tom because of his vast experience was able to obtain necessary permits quickly. He took the time to explain everything. Work began exactly on schedule. Their machinery is state of the art. The workers were all polite. The tree was quickly removed in a safe and efficient manner. Area was cleaned. You would have never known they were there (except for the missing tree).

County Tree care gave me an estimate of the work which was very reasonable. They communicated with me electronically via my smartphone and kept me apprised of when the work would be scheduled. County Tree Care showed up at the promised time (in fact a half hour early) and worked hard at removing my tree. I was very impressed with the professionalism that they showed during the process. They used a cherry picker, wood chipper and stump grinder. After the tree was down they cleaned up my property cleaner than it was before they started. I would have no hesitation in using their service again and in recommending them to others

They did a good job and the staff was very professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the quality was very good. I will use them again in the future.

We asked for an estimate. County was the lowest estimate, including the stump removal. The estimate was emailed to me. I signed it and faxed it back. Nice touch. They came at the day and time agreed. They removed the tree and stump quickly. I was not home, but my wife and son were. They were suitably impressed, as were my neighbors, with the speed and the neatness of the work. Very happy with the work. Well done!

They did everything they said they were going to do. The trimming went well, and the results are that the trees are much healthier than they were before. I was removing some old fence posts while they were on site and they offered (free of charge) to use their giant crane to pull the fence posts out for me, saving me several hours of back breaking work. Very sporting of them.

Hassle scheduling. Poor communication. Work satisfactory. Did break garage window with chipper but needed new one anyway and never bothered to contact them about it.

Tom made sure that an extremely stressful situation--one tree leaning on the roof, and one crossing over two neighbors' properties--was handled with as little trauma to our family as possible. I cannot say enough about Tom or his services. I am sorry I did not comment sooner, and that is my only regret.

County Tree Care came within 5 days of the damage and removed most of the torn branches and trees. I have never heard anyone so tired on the phone! They'd been running from client to client for weeks, even months, after all the storm damage this summer and fall.

Tom and his workers showed up on time, did an excellent job in an efficient manner, and left the yard looking as clean as it did prior to all the work they did. They were very neat and removed all the branches they cut down. In addiiton they did an excellent job on the pruning of the trees.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB! THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY CHEAP. THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE LOOKS GOOD AND CUTTING THE GRASS IS NOT AS HARD NOW.

THEY MEET MY STANDARDS, PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE WORK IS VERY GOOD. THEY ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WHEN I HAVE THEM. IT IS RAN PROFESSIONALLY, WITH VERY NICE WORKERS.
