"Customer is giving a hard time believes that asphalt base sheet should be applied onto concrete decking. That is not necessary. Explain to customer after job was completed. Paid check remaining balance, then cancel check. Taking upon herself thinking the job is not done correctly. But we stand behind our work and now the job is done. As a roofing contractor job is completed with proper materials. Lady is a senior citizen and has no idea about roofing. Work is completely done customer refuses to allow me to come back to roof and she did not pay me in full so job is voided warranty is voided"

The name of the business saidâ s it ALL. Best Roofing & Asphalt is absolutely the best. The owner Nick came and told me exactly what was wrong and he not only fixed the problems but he informed me every step of the way as to what was needed and what it take to fix it. He just didnâ t do my roof, he also did my siding and my chimney. When I need more work done I will definitely call him to do the work. His work crews are the best that Iâ ve encountered, they are professional and the clean up was fantastic.
