Arnica's skilled technicians were polite, neat, and professional throughout. All appointments were kept and installers were always on time. Lisa and Rosette, service managers, did a fantastic job setting up appointments and coordinating the jobs. I would recommend Arnica. Why settle for less – go with Arnica and get the best!!! Spending the last two summers sweating in a midtown co-op apartment, my window AC unit no longer could keep up with the brutal hot city temperature. After meeting with over seven air conditioning installers for bids, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind to go with this highly rated company. From the initial contact I made talking to Rosette, who quickly set me up for an appointment with Simone, through to the final day of installation by a very proficient team, Arnica constantly proved it’s 5 star and ‘A’ ratings. It all starts at the top. President, Simone Arnica, showed up for the consultation within the window of time set, listened carefully to my needs, respected my budgetary restrictions and presented the best possible solution by applying his over 35 years of experience. Because I get heat from my building, he recommended a Mitsubishi mini ductless system without the heat pump, thus putting my limited electrical power into cooling only. Simone has assembled a top-notch staff. Office Manager, Jackie was very helpful supplying the necessary insurance certificates my co-op manager required, and Rosette kept the communication lines always open. The installation team, Victor and Angelo, were highly professional, polite, and friendly. Victor was able to run the necessary refrigerant lines with minimal wall and ceiling damage. A little spackling was all that’s needed. Very impressive. Most importantly, Simone assured me that he will always back up the equipment and his installation. He and his company will be there to address any future questions or problems that arise. That was an important selling point for me to choose Arnica, established with a long working history.
