These guys were able to come out for service a week sooner than others I called (during the busy heat season of August). Also, ask for their AC Technician, Matt, he is the best AC guy I've dealt with. He was right on time (we live out in Mountain House), he quickly assessed the issue, was professional and courteous, and he also thoroughly explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. We were cooling our home again in about 40 minutes. Marg, the Office Manager, is very easy to work with too, and very accommodating. This is my new HVAC go-to team.

They were just excellent in every regard. I really appreciated that they took the time to speak with me, make sure I was 100% comfortable and understood what we were doing, and were very courteous & friendly. Carlos and his assistant did a great job and now my home is nice and cool.

My Home Warranty service lined up Chris Heat & Air Systems. My system was intermittently sounding like a playing card in the spokes of a bike. Sunny arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He explained what the issue was and did a good job of answering my questions. He got the system up and running, but the complete fix required a part he needed to order. He committed to a date to install the new part and he met that commitment. Sunny was very friendly and professional, he really knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Chris and I would suggest asking for Sunny.

Chris came out today through our home warranty company. All I gotta say is from the initial phone call to the tech, all extremely professional and very nice! My wife had answered the service call and they were initially suppose to come out next week! But they worked around their schedule just to have someone out the next day! Amazing! Our tech, Matt, was very nice and got the job done quick! Now we are not left without heat this winter! Big thank you to Matt and the Chris company!

Chris and his staff are incredible. My mother was relocated from her house because her air conditioner stopped working during our last heat wave. We were quoted $12k, $9800 and $8800 to replace her furnace and air conditioner. Chris got it up and running for under $2000. They were compassionate, professional, timely and very friendly. My furnace and A/C unit needed replacing Chris gave me a great estimate very fair for the job, he explained what had to be done and answered all my questions, Chris and technicians were fantastic, performed very professionally, they removed all old equipment and even straightened old unsightly wires, protected my floors, excellent work highly recommend this company. Very appreciated the fast and great response when I was contacted by Emily from air rescue company, was able to get an appointment next day for my HVAC check up. Chris and Alex were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also were able to accommodate changing my water heater next day for me and were quick and clean. My furnace gave out, and Air Rescue replaced it with an upgraded furnace. process was smooth and expedient. The onsite repair answered all my questions, taking the time to educate me as to what was happening with the repair. The only hiccup was a slight misunderstanding when it came to the billing, but that was certainly a "stuff happens" scenario and it got resolved with little fuss. I would use this contractor again.

They were very professional, on time. Work was performed neat and organized, both installers very knowledgeable. Service was excellent, informative from the estimate to the office to the installation. Would definitely recommend them, installation of furnace, air conditioning unit was very affordable.

After reviewing few companies I finally decided to choose Air Rescue for my new furnace and air conditioner. Their price is very competitive. Ray came to look at the old system. He is very knowledgeable and advises me what I should get.After I accept the quote, they set the date for installation which is two days later.They were pretty fast forward.They even have a link to check their location before they come which I rarely see from other companies. One plus for that. The two technicians Jose and Hugo did the job.Even though the weather was 100 degrees but that didn't slow them at all. They were very attentive and neat. They answered all the questions with a nice and happy manner. I'm pleased and highly recommend Air Rescue HVAC. Thank you all the staff members!

installation was never completed. there are holes in the wall and loose lines on the outside that swing in the wind. one line was not insulated properly

Chris installed 2 A/C units recently and we were extremely happy with their service from the time we were given an estimate, to scheduling the install, and with their install as well. They were very professional and reliable and most importantly, when there was a bit of an issue with the install, Sal (one of the owners), came out and came up with a plan to deal with the situation and reassure me as well. Price wise, they were very reasonable laying out 4 different options which were also explained in detail. I will now use Chris to do our annual service on both our Heating and AC.

We were referred by an existing client and called right after moving into our condo. We called at the height of furnace maintenance season but the support replaced us on a wait list in case there were any cancellations and they actually called with an opening about a week later! We were impressed with the follow up and the tech they sent, Trevor, was great. He took time to inspect everything and educate us along the way, making recommendations and options. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, just a phenomenal experience. They accurately diagnosed what was proving to be a big riddle in my duct and heating system. (No other local company knew how to solve it). The price was reasonable; the techs were very nice, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything they did and why. Just a really good experience.

I had my furnace and condenser replaced. First of all, they have the lowest quote when I shopped around, I liked the extra care that Glen showed in explaining what needed to be done. The crew assigned to me (Vince, Dale, Keith, Glen) is the nicest and most helpful. They are all professional, respectful and very much knowledgeable. They did GREAT work and I'm so impressed. They never did short cuts and the quality of work is excellent. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend. Well done, team! I thank you so much.

My furnace was not working and I called to have someone come out. Christopher called me back and instead of charging me for the emergency call, he talked with me over the phone how to get it working again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and knowledge. I will definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs.

I didn't get any services from this company because the air conditioner I have isn't one that they specialize in, but the communication I had with Chris regarding my issue was efficient and timely. He was extremely helpful and even went as far as to look at photos of my air conditioner unit just to see if there was anything else he could do to help me. I was very impressed. This is the type of business I would go to since their communication is direct & efficient.

Chris is THE BEST! Our AC broke during the most recent heat wave, and we were headed out of town the next day. We have a husky with a very thick coat, and we were panicking when other AC services said they couldn't make it out that day, as we didn't want to leave our pup + the dog sitter with just fans running. Luckily, Chris took down our address, called when he was in the area, and squeezed us in. He immediately knew what was wrong with our central AC unit, and how to fix it. The next day, we were good to go and our AC was working perfectly again! His prices were very fair, he was great at communicating with our property manager, and just had a great overall attitude and service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Chris was great! I wanted to install my AC as soon as possible and needed a bracket installed and he ended up being able to come a day earlier than we had initially scheduled for. The installation was quick and looks great! He walked me through general care and some tips which was really helpful. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Do not trust this company or the reviews you read, they are paid for. This business and the owner can not be trusted. They provide low quality of work, and become very aggressive, making threats against you if you reach out about his work. Stay away at all costs! Scaran is a better company, guaranteed good work.

Save yourself time, money, and anxiety and just call Christopher! Chris was here 15 minutes after getting my call and my furnace was back up and running within an hour. Plus he's just a good guy. That big company endorsed by a certain Heisman q.b.? They were out last night and were more interested in selling us a new unit for 10k. Christopher...just call the man.

Chris and Emily have come through for me big time over the years. Most recently came to my house at 8:00 at night to get the AC on so my 1 year old wouldn't have to sweat through the night. Honest hard working people.

Our air conditioning wasn't working, and didn't present easily. The two terrific guys who came out on the call, the same day, worked with it until the could get it to fail as it had for us. They were thorough, efficient, and very nice to work with. I would be happy to call them for all our air and heating needs, and I would happily recommend them to anyone, and will!

Air Rescue was everything the reviews raved about. They were punctual, communicative, and they repaired my AC part for a very fair price. I'm very glad that I went with my gut and listened to the reviews. Give this guys a call!

We had an issue with our exhaust fan in our kitchen. Chris was very honest in telling us that we didn't need him or anyone else to come out, that we could even buy and install the parts ourself. He then sent us the link of what to buy and video on how to install. Above and beyond service!
