Chris is such a hard worker and a very patience person. I had an intermittent heating issue so I called Air Rescue 3 times to make appointments for them to come take a look and I cancelled every one of them when it seemed like the problem might have disappeared on its own. So by the 4th call practically anybody would be annoyed with me but not Chris. He was just as kind and courteous as the first time we spoke and he came the next day and fixed the problem for good. Thank you, Chris!

These guys are the best! I had to replace 2 heating and AC units and convert to 3 units with all new duct work. Prices were very fair and work was done awesome. Chris and his crew (especially Ahmad) are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best in the business and area. Their office manager is also a real pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend this team for your heating and cooling needs. When you're part of Air Rescue, you're part of the family!

Great service. Needed my furnace and AC unit maintenance and Chris was able to get someone out to my house the following day. Very knowledgeable and friendly technician; definitely answered all my questions.

These guys, headed by Chris, are great. They did a superb job installing a heating and air system in my home in 2019. Helped having to deal with city permits, too. Have had them in for some follow ups - maintenance (nothing they did wrong) and a bathroom ceiling-fan motor that died. Always pleasant, helpful, and cost conscious. Recently recommended them to a friend who is quite happy. And they were substantially less, both in cost and hassle, then other bids he got, yet still a quality operation.

I am so happy with this company. I needed a wall heater fixed quickly as I an having guests visit later today. The company I have used for 20 years were too busy to come and look so I turned to google and found this company. They came out when they said they would and took a moment to teach me how to carefully and correctly turn on the pilot light. They are fairly priced and all is well with the heater. If I could give them more stars I would! I'm feeling lucky to have met these guys!!

Working for a top rated designer, I've had my share of experiences with all sorts of subs and I can absolutely attest to the impeccable service Chris and his team at Air Rescue provides. My "charming" floor heater in my Brooklyn Craftsman home turned out to be nothing more than a decorative feature. Instead of trying to save it, Chris suggested a central heating system and clearly walked us through all of the logistics. Air Rescue's bid was fair and comprehensive, but it was Chris' professionalism that provided me with the confidence in knowing I was in good hands. My 1981 rooftop heater stopped kicking in. Chris came over for the inspection, gave an option to either service it for $350 (new pilot, ignition switch, etc) or replace the unit entirely. (3K+). I decided to have it serviced and it's now working! Very happy and would recommend.

We've been using Air Rescue for a number of years now and highly recommend them. They are professional, responsive and always easy to work with. Had them out just recently as the furnace was randomly blowing cold air. They came out, fixed it, but then it started doing it again. Air Rescue came back out and found the source of the problem and didn't charge us for the return visit. We're always happy with their service and have found their pricing to be the best. Air was not working and called Air Rescue, was professional and got the A/C working. A few weeks later had a minor issue and Chris came right away. He adjusted a small, leaking oil valve and explained the condition of the unit and how it worked. He provided his direct cell number before leaving and told me to contact anytime if there was any sort of issue. Chris stands by his work and truly cares about solving your issue, he truly represents the meaning of customer service. I highly recommend!

Air Rescue provide the best quality work! I am a property manager and have used them to manage the maintenance on my complexes. They always make sure to thoroughly examine the units, and whenever something doesn't seem to be working they make it their priority to come and quickly fix the issues. They are very considerate and realize a lot of people will be affected by the units not working and that is what kept me with this company, the way they care about me, it is simply amazing!

Excellent 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠Conversion from oil to gas heat very professionally done, would definitely recommend them .. Just hired them again to do central air in my house.. Reached out to them on Angie's List and was over at our house in less then an hour. Fixed our AC and taught us what filters to use for our furnace. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Had the most reasonably diagnostic fee out of any other company I contacted and it went towards the cost of the repair. Definitely going to call them any time I need help with my heating and cooling. Already recommended them to a friend.

When it comes to Heating and Air Conditioning, there is nothing else you can expect but to have the comfort at home. I had another company check my AC unit and they gave me a high quote, were going to install the wrong part, and their technician was rude. I called Air Rescue and they beat the price, were very knowledgeable, and had great/attentive customer service. They also didn't try up-selling me on anything. Will definitely be back for any future AC needs.

Competent, friendly, and responsive. And also honest. Chris explained it wasn't worth having a regular contract with him. He also showed us how we were misusing our zone thermostats. Even though he was in demand and couldn't come for several days, he helped us over the phone as best as he could. Then in and out, fixing everything, but also willing to stay to do more than he had to -- we didn't have the manual for the fancy thermostats when we moved in, so we couldn't set the timers properly, and he gave us a step by step set of instructions. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Air Rescue. I was referred to Chris by a friend and wanted to get a second quote to repair the motor in my furnace. Not only did Chris respond by the end of the day, he was able to get my new motor, repair it within a few days and charged my $1,000 less than the other company. Would definitely use Air Rescue again.

Chris and his team were so great to work with! We needed to resolve high A/C bills that were still leaving our house hot on summer days. Chris came in, showed us all the issues and worked with a big team to get it done in less than 6 hrs! Nice quality and nice interactions with the crew.

I had another company recommended; the technicians were very nice, they called their findings into the owner who then gave me a $5500 quote for the work that needed to be done (replacing dampers and duct work primarily, but he said I needed a new zoning board and two thermostats). I found Air Rescue through Angie's List, took a chance to get a second quote. Chris came out, drew a diagram of my system and told me what I needed to do - dampers and duct work primarily, no thermostat, no zoning board. Quoted me $950.00. His fellows just finished the work and my problems are solved! I definitely recommend them.
