+ -1 moreAn excellent experience start to finish with Air Rescue. The sales person, was great to work with to setup the job. She was always returned phone calls and texts, and provided an estimate on the spot. Chris, the lead tech, and his crew were professional, efficient and performed a quality installation that works great. I am happy they do all the work in house unlike some of their competitors, so the job was done in one day. Price wise, they are right in the middle of the pack and they are worth it.

+ -1 moreVery professional, very prompt, and clearly know their stuff. I learned that my system was running with almost undetectable amounts of coolant and that my motor was about to die. This was my first AC call in the 7 years I have owned the house (was new). AC is WAAAAY cooler (and therefore runs way less often to maintain temp. Big win. Also, they wear masks, boots etc. and leave no trace of being here. A+

Chris is very personable, answered all our questions and made sure we were fully satisfied with his work before he left. Such a great team the two of them make. Highly recommend Chris and others. I was very pleased to get a visit and estimate the day after I called, and installation immediately after that. Air Rescue came highly recommended, and they lived up to the high expectations. Chris and his crew installed it in ONE day, showed up right on time and finished the job right on time! They replaced EVERYTHING and took care of getting rid of all of my old equipment and left the cleaner than it was. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I end up hiring 2 contractors to fix his mess. When I posted negative review he start threatening me. I will include screen shots of his texts here and it will not end up here. This guy pays somebody for his fake reviews, he admits that in his text messages

+ -1 moreThese guys were really nice, courteous, and gave me a great estimate. We replaced our air conditioner and hot water heater and they were in and out in two days. They put up with my dog and kids running around and respected my home. The one thing that was a negative is that they left some dirty marks on my carpet--I think I can probably scrub them out though. I would definitely do work with them again because they were friendly, trustworthy, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I waited until spring & had several estimates and this was great. They came on time for install & estimate. Chris was easy to deal with. They did it relatively easily & were cooperative & pleasant. I chose them due to reviews & the other 3 one was much cheaper but terrible reviews another much more expensive wanting to do much more work & a third seeming he had adhd. I was very happy with this business.

Description of Work: Avoid! Just do not do mistake like I did by hiring these guys. They came installed furnace, duct work is disaster. Air leak was from everywhere. When I called them they came an sealed I do not know with something. I will include pictures, may be someone will figure out what it is. Humidifier never worked properly, came 3 times to fix it. Last conversation on the phone, owner Chris said that he installed only few of them and he doesn’t know much about them. Why on earth you install things that you do not know nothing about. Just avoid this company at all cost, will upload some pictures here, if this app allows me. Do your judgement !
