Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
INITIALLY I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN TERMS OF THE QUALITY AND CARE, BUT ONCE THE SUMMER WAS OVER THEY DECIDED OUR LAWN NEEDED TO BE RESEEDED AND AERATED AT AN EXORBITANT PRICE. I CHECKED AROUND AND THEY WERE ABOUT 4 TIMES MORE THAN EVERYONE ELSE SO I TOLD HIM I NO LONGER NEEDED HIS SERVICES.

"THE PERIOD OF TIME BEING REFERRED TO WAS DURING A PERIOD WHEN THERE WERE WATER RESTRICTIONS IN ROCKLAND COUNTY. THE OWNER CLAIMED THAT WE DID NOT IDENTIFY CHINCH BUGS THAT ANOTHER COMPANY HAD. THE SERVICE WE OFFERED WAS OPTIONAL AND THE CUSTOMER HAD THE CHOICE OF TAKING IT OR NOT. THE CUSTOMER FOUND SOMEONE WHO WOULD DO IT FOR LESS MONEY. WHETHER THE SERVICE WAS EQUAL TO OUR SERVICE I CANNOT SPECULATE. THE DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE HAD TO DO WITH AN OPTIONAL SERVICE AND OUR COST TO DO IT. THE CUSTOMER NEVER RECEIVED THE SERVICE FROM US."
