 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the service. They were fast, efficient, pleasant and professional. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. They give a senior discount of 10%. I would hire them again and recommend them.
Description of Work: Trimmed, shaped and topped nine trees. Cut down two bushes, Grind stumps on three. Cut down one tree.

 + -1 moreThe five-man crew arrived on time and immediately began to assess the job and set to work. They were friendly, courteous and responsive to my needs. They took precautions to protect my house and property from potential damage. All debris was removed and my yard raked and blown clean. The work was completed in the estimated time and included removing several additional large trees and trimming many more at no extra cost beyond the original estimate.
Description of Work: I needed about fifteen 60ft to 80ft beech trees removed as most were threatening my house and/or keeping my roof and yard in continuous shade. Other trees needed trimming.

 + -1 moreThey showed up right on time with all of the equipment and people they needed. Did expert work and hauled everything away. The difference in the tree and backyard was amazing!
Description of Work: Trimmed out a very large maple in the back yard of my house in Hilton. Don't think this was ever done before by previous owner and it really needed to be done.

 + -1 moreI really couldn't say how good of a job they actually would have done had they showed up, but if their customer service is any indication of the quality of service we can expect, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I'm very disappointed!
Description of Work: I called Michael's Tree Service to get an estimate for trimming branches off of a Linden tree. He returned my call a few days later and said he would come over on the following Monday. I asked him to either call me or leave an estimate in my door. He never showed up. After waiting until Friday I called again. The receptionist didn't seem the least bit surprised that he never showed. I asked her to have him come out for the estimate or call me. It's been a month and a half, and he never showed up or called. I had another tree service handle the job.

 + -1 moreThe job went beautifully. They: Returned calls/e-mails promptly. Provided a timely and thorough estimate. Called shortly before the scheduled arrival time. Quickly and professionally took the tree down. Removed all debris. They then laid plywood on our plastic deck to prevent any potential damage from falling branches while trimming the cherry tree. They were efficient, cautious and professional. The estimate was accurate (no surprises).
Description of Work: We had a huge pine tree that was planted (by the previous owners) way too close to the house and foundation. It also seemed to be a source of recent ant infestations. It needed to come down. We shopped around, got estimates, and selected Michael's Tree Service. When they came for the estimate, they wrote it not only to include the requested pine tree removal information, but included suggestions about other potentially troublesome tree-related issues in our yard. Their estimate was very reasonable AND they also had a coupon in a local publication that was honored as well. The pine tree was systematically removed and all traces of it cleaned up. We also had them trim the upper branches of our cherry tree.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional over all. They didn't monkey around the way some contractors do. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and even called after the job was finished to follow-up. I would recommend them to others.

 + -1 moreMichael's Tree Service showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The crew really knew what they are doing. The cleanup was fantastic. I don't think one leaf or branch was left behind. Michael's also did tree work for two neighbors who are also very satisfied.
