They gave us the quote via email. It was very professional looking. They came exactly when they said they would come which is such a problem with some of the contractors. They came out right away. They gave us the quote very quickly. I frankly was not here when they came over here; my husband dealt with them. All we have done is got the quote. We haven?t yet made our final decision. We actually wanted to get several quotes from different companies and compare them, but we had some problems with getting some of the companies to come over here. One of the companies said that they would come on one particular day to give us the quote, but then it snowed. So then he had to reschedule. He rescheduled and then didn?t come back. It was kind of bizarre. He probably didn?t turn up because it was winter time or may be he doesn?t need a business. I?m not sure which one is it. I would use their services again in the future.

They are very professional, timely, and emailed an estimate to us the following day.

Crew arrived on site on time, with boss, who set the strategy for the mechanics. Team arrived with all tools and materials, and worked a good eight hours, with one short break at lunch time. Cleanup was meticulous. Although I did not get up on the roof, my telephoto pictures showed good details of the steps carried out, and the result looks much better than before. The crew described incorrect fitting of the old flashings they removed in favor of the new work. (Per agreement, contractor used my shingles, left over from previous roofing job.)

The crew was very prompt and responsive to me. They used really good products as well as had a great color selection. Very personable and on time crew. I love when people ask who did our roof and they have lifetime warranty!
