Very competent and responded to my call immediately. They came and fixed the leak that week They were knowledgeable with the problem and also fixed other areas on the roof. Also saw that my shingles were recalled and said that they would help with the company and process.

Outstanding company to work with to remove our existing roof and install a new roof and gutters. Their work was superior from exceptional communication (Before - During, and After), quality of work, and cleanliness of the job site. during and after the project. I would rate ABOVE 5 Stars, if possible!!!!!

The owner did not do the job that was initially discussed. Initially one gutter was supposed to be removed but the contractor removed all three of my gutters without discussing it with me first

They were fantastic to work with and offered a great warranty. Their crew was fast and efficient and clean up was spot-on with the nails.

Their quote of $5000 for replacing half the roof was twice the quote of another vendor. I chose them for assurance of high quality and no hidden costs. Due to bad weather, my leaky roof took over 3 weeks after I signed the contract for repairs. No tarps were placed to prevent damage, I was billed another $1500 for replacing water damaged plywood. I was not informed of the additional cost. I have paid the contracted amount but I am contesting the added amount. I would like HomeAdvisor to review the cost estimates. I was advised by the contractor that the additional cost would be nominal.

Very professional and competent. The new roof and gutters have solved two problems and increased the curb appeal of our home. The owner answered all questions and explained the process. He was truly invested in making sure we were pleased with the project.

We contracted with Precision Roofer to replace our roof. Their representative, Mr Venezia, went over all aspects of the job in his presentation addressing our concerns. The work crew arrived on time and skillfully replaced our roof, afterwards throughly cleaning up all debris. The job was completed in one day. We highly received Precision Roofing .

They were the only local firm that knew I needed a permit for the roof to be replaced and how the process worked. (All of the other local firms told me that no permit was required.) The quality of work was decent (even though nail guns were used). The job was completed in one day (18.5 squares with a tear off and decking repair). The cost for the roof replacement project was double the national average. The only real issue that we ran into was in the cleanup phase. During the tear off phase, the crew dumped the old roofing materials onto tarps on the ground. Some of these materials missed the tarps and others were carried by the wind. When the crew said they were done with the job and left, they had not cleaned up the yard properly and swept the property for nails and staples. Management had the crew return to the property to do a proper cleanup within a few hours of learning of the issue. If you want a good quality roof replacement, I recommend them (as a former roofer). These people were clearly better than all of the others than I spoke with about this project and obtained bids from. (This firm definitely will not be the lowest bid and they will not be the highest either.)
