Should we not and mark an inspection as sufficient, when it'c clearly not, we are then liable for any potential issues. We take pride in our business and our review rating, we have over a 4.5 rating with HUNDREDS of reviews, seems pretty impressive. You were not hung up on, you terminated the call as you wanted information (that is public mind you, accessible on the internet) however you would not identify yourself or the potential issue nor reason for your call; we would have been happy to work with you, instead you chose to be sly & sneaky. If the service was so terrible, a same day call would be expected not one weeks after the appointment.
