Providing coverage is difficult at times as we service a large area of NJ and to attempt a truck to cover a schedule along with their own can be challenging but we certainly try our best as we do value our customers time. As far as the new scheduled date and arrival time our techs do their best to keep within the provided time slots, we do ask they call and give you an ETA or advise if they are running late as again we cannot predict what may happen in a given day. But we are happy to have assisted you with the crown repair and will 100% stand by our 10yr warranty. Thanks again :)"

"we appreciate & thank you for your business and can assure we do not use "BBQ paint" as part of our materials. As our work is 100% warrantied and you had seemed to be OK since the work was done in March up until July, we would be more than happy to have a technician out to assess and make any necessary adjustment related to work completed. You can simply contact our office if you haven't already to schedule this appointment as it is part of the warranty we provide along with the work. Thank you again!"

And correct, certain materials are provided to us by industry specific vendors NOT Lowes or Home Depot. We offer FREE estimates and do not pressure our clients to do any work or any work recommended as a result from an inspection. If you want to complete work on your own you are more than welcome to it. Not sure what you are trying to insinuate but we are not "like all other companies", we provide honest recommendations to our clients to keep their homes safe, clean, & hazard free."
