Had Gary come to the house to verify there was mold. He took a sample and sent it to a lab. The results came back within a few days. Since there was mold he wrote up a report for the mold removal contractor. After the mold removal contractor finished he came back took another same to ensure there was no mold. We had an issue with a part on a radon system Installed by another company. The original company didnâ t call us back but Clawback called us back right away and scheduled an appointment ASAP. In the interim the part was making a terrible noise so Clawback showed us via FaceTime call how to get rid of the noise until they could get there to fix the system.
