Gary came to do mold inspection. Even before he came to the house he explained exactly what he was going to do and explained when he came to the house again. He made sure I understood the process. and also explained about mold and what needs to be done. That was very helpful. He answered any questions I had and he also made himself available if I needed any support. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a great job and I was very happy with the service.

Gary was very prompt came the very next day assessed my situation did not try to sell me anything I did not need he is truly a professional and they should be more like him out there this again thank you to Gary

He was able to diagnose and explain the root cause of the mold problem and also explain how the the structure of my home was built in a way I understood it so that I can mitigate issues in the future. although I received a detailed report, it didn't include how to remedy the situations that cause allergies. I would like to know as me and my daughters all have allergic reactions to what was pointed out.
