I hired Clawback Environmental to perform mold testing in my home. I was very impressed with the professional services from Clawback. Mr Gary Meglino contacted me with a few hours of my request for a mold inspection in my attic , upon arrival he explained how the inspection is conducted ,samples taken and sent to Laboratory for analysis , further stating the lab reports are documented to protect the seller and prospective buyer . He explained his assessment fee and the cost of the analysis samples, he conducted the inspection thoroughly and in a professional and personable way . Gary is the consummate professional. He responded to my Homeadvisor request within minutes, was extremely personable and professional on the phone, and I felt comfortable hiring him to test my house for mold. He showed up on time, even texting me his eta. As he went through the rooms, Gary was educating me on what he does, how mold becomes a problem, pro-active measures to take, etc. He was incredibly thorough and was a pleasure to work with. Gary is a consummate professional. Not only did Gary respond to the request for testing quickly but was ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED, and HELPFUL. After some minor flooding, we called Gary to perform a mold test. He explained his process and pricing clearly, offered helpful hints and tips on how to mitigate issues, and offered expert advice on ways to keep issues at bay.
