The Lenard Team Realty
About us
The Lenard Team wants to make people happy and real estate is how we achieve that goal: -Working with both buyers and sellers. A very different skill set for each. Requires time, patience, and understanding to acquire the ability to master one. The Lenard Team has been in the business for 20+ years. We have mastered both. -Experience in the "short sale" process. It requires a deep level of understanding and empathy to guide a homeowner through tough times. Simultaneously, one must understand and navigate the bureaucracy of the large banks to accomplish a sale. -Expertise in "buyer broker" agency. A key aspect of my business is working with buyers as clients. The result is a superior experience for the homebuyer. A buyer in the hands of a competent buyer's agent will not wish to purchase a home any other way. -Special expertise in "FSBO" and "expired" listings. We succeed where others are un-able to because of our unique approach to marketing and negotiation skills. -Harnessing the power of the web. In acknowledgement that the "eyeballs" have moved online, so must real estate. If you are selling, you need an agent that understands the ever shifting dynamic of marketing through the internet. There are tools available as well, for buyers that wish to maximize their online experience when searching for homes. The way we communicate is changing rapidly and an agent must be comfortable keeping up with the times. -Tracking & forecasting the market trends to facilitate clients' needs within today's economic climate. What happened yesterday is not as important as what will happen tomorrow. Specialties: Problem Solving, Communication, Marketing, Negotiations, Research, Happy Clients :)
