"“[Member Name Removed], We are terribly sorry this is how you feel. Perhaps you have not been given the entire story. A 1 year agreement for our Advantage Program was signed, which has scheduled services 4 times a year (January, April, July and October for your service). To date we have performed a total of 9 services, removed 5 mice and have spent over 7 hours at the home. The next quarterly service for the home is scheduled on 7/29. We have been billing monthly, however we offer many different billing options such as Monthly, Quarterly, Triannual and Annually to meet the needs of our customers. If none of these billing frequencies are suitable, we can make arrangements so that your account does not become delinquent.
