Kevin called me immediately after getting my infro from Home Advisor. He listened to the description of my problem and helped me figure out what to do to fix it. I decided to get a new system installed since mine was over 17 years old. He and his helper installed the new system quickly and explained how to work it. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Smithtown House of Vacuums.

An absolute pleasure from start to finish. A lovely experience and an excellent price. My old vacuum got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. The new one is fabulous, with better suction, longer hose, larger bags and no exhaust smell or exhaust air (it is covered with a bag) My husband and I are extremely pleased. They were quick to respond, found the problem and it turned out that it would be most cost effective to replace the old, broken, 17 year old unit with a new one. Now the suction is better and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend them to my neighbors.
