Highly recommend

Mike was incredibly good in every way. I called him about 4:30pm and he was able to get to my home by 6pm. The problem I had with the stairlift as very hard to diagnose. It was an intermittent problem of getting stuck that I tried in many ways for months to fix but never could. Mike was determined, trying different approaches and did not give up till he fixed the problem. This was not an easy problem but he fixed it and his price was very reasonable.

Mike is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service even on the weekends

Michael was very professional and friendly. He responded to my service call quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would. Not only did he replace the failed batteries in my upper stairlift, he also inspected and lubricated it and then did the same for my lower stairlift as well.

Mike from Atlas called within minutes and came the following day to repair my chairlift. I am totally satisfied. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. I rated the value for your money as 4 because it was expensive but I did not compare Atlasâ price with other companies so I do not feel qualified to rate the value.
