They fixed a 13 year old stair lift when 2 other companies said it could not be . Explained everything, did a fantastic job!!!

Mike from Atlas is an amazing representative for the company. His electrical knowledge and expertise are beyond what was expected. Pricing was fair. I could not have asked for a better experience. Went above and beyond to get the job done in record time! If you are thinking of hiring them, do it! You will not be disappointed:)

Michael was wonderful in keeping me informed as to his availability. He came once to fix my elevator but was unable to do so in 2 hours. There was no charge. He did some research with the manufacturer,, spoke with the technician who worked on it previously, and returned a week later with his partner. It took 3 hours and a few phone calls to the manufacturer, but he ultimately fixed it. Great perseverance and attentiveness.

They did a great job. My stairlift was repaired, they also cleaned, lubricated, my chair, secured the cords and wires and generally made sure everything was in good shape.

Atlas Stairlifts works on more than just chair lifts! I have a LULA Elevator - Limited Use Limited Access. The elevator operates between two floors with safety doors on both floors An 'expert' elevator company was called in and assessed the problem, reported total failure, and that it could not be repaired as parts were no longer available. A quick internet search by Atlas staff proved otherwise. After a very thorough Atlas assessment Rick reported that they can find the parts and could fix it. What a relief! They ordered the parts, scheduled the work and accomplished the repair. Atlas was sensitive to the building occupants and their schedules working at times that were least disruptive. This was appreciated by all. Atlas worked on a "best efforts" hourly basis at fair hourly rate. We are very happy with the experience with Atlas Chairlifts.

This company is top notch! They took an older lift , which was dangerous to use, and fixed it to perfection. For the first time in 2 years, and after many sub standard repairs from another company, my dad finally feels safe riding it. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and respectful. I am so lucky to have found them.

Our Chairlift was not operating. Atlas had to do extensive troubleshooting to find the problems and they did. My 89 year old mother is very happy to be able to use her chairlift again. Good Job!
