The tire was fixed but began loosing pressure again two months later. The hood latch worked exactly once, then broke down again. So the quality of their repairs is extremely poor. Further, second time around they were unprofessional and uncaring. They promised to call when the car is ready. Never called. Did not respond to the messages I left on their answering machine. When I came to pick up the car next day they told me that it needs additional exhaust job. I refused. They should have called me and told me beforehand as all normal mechanics do.

I took my car to a Midas near my work and was told that my car need a couple thousand dollars worth of work. I couldn't afford that so I left. A friend told me about New Scotland Auto so I tried it. For just a few hundred dollars my car was fixed! It is so nice to find an honest mechanic who does great work.

My experience has gone very well. I have been visiting this location for a while now. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I have been pleased with the outcome of his services and would highly recommend this company to others.

My car's battery died and it was still under warranty. The battery was originally purchased while I was out of state. The AC Delco Website said New Scotland Auto Center (NSAC) was an AC Delco service center. I took the car to NSAC; they checked out the electrical system, including the alternator (everything was okay), and installed a brand new AC Delco battery. They did not charge for their service or the battery.
